Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Why does Whataburger offer FREE FOOD?
They continue never keep up with the demand. All it does is IRITATE AND AGGRAVATE the consumer. As punishment i am going to spend my money next door with their COMPETITOR. Sorry Whataburger. Just don’t offer free stuff and offer FAIR PRICING on your regular meals.

I order a buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich during its promotion and by the time I get home away about 12 miles I got a barbecue chicken strip sandwich and I was really disappointed… my experience inside the store, is that so many people were just talking and I feel like they don’t pay attention to what I want, but yet I didn’t want to doubt myself like “oh they won’t mess up my order” however they just did. I used to work at Whataburger Of San Benito and I understand the majority of the staff are highschoolers and I get it, but at least make my order right…. It’s not mathematics or anything. It’s just simple.

Whataburger in San Benito is an amazing place to eat. The customer service is helpful and very polite, always with a positive attitude and smile. The food is made FRESH and EXACTLY what I ASKED FOR!!! LOVE the idea they bring your food out to you, other places call out your number on the ticket and you have to get up to get it. Whataburger in San Benito calls you by your NAME and brings your food to you FREASHLY made and FAST….that’s great fast- food service. Also, it’s the closet thing to me like eating at home with my family. Supervisors and employees always make me feel welcomed everytime I go eat there or pick-up. Thank You, WHATABURGER!!!

Went in earlier today I must say I felt welcomed and the cashier Nina greeted me she was so polite and patient with me as I was trying to explain how I wanted my burger. Place was clean and my meal was hot and fresh . My family and I will definitely dine in more often !

Me and my mom went for dinner and everyone was so sweet. We got our food and it was delicious and they even gave us some cool whatsburger sunglasses because my mom was saying how she’s loved whataburger since she was a little girl. The MGR was so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be returning

Stop by for lunch the other day. The manager Rosie was super nice and offered to take my tray for me. The workers would come and offer refills and items to taste test.I’ve never had that kind of service at a fast food place! Awesome store here
