If I could give the food a 0 I would.Really disappointed with this burger. The patty was missing a piece and dry, the bun was burnt, and everything looked thrown together. There was mustard smeared all over the wrapper, and the presentation was sloppy. Definitely not what I expected — quality and attention to detail need improvement. I would say $10 burger I

Extremely dissatisfied not the first time but the second time and definitely won’t have a 3rd. Placed online order for pick up! Was supposed to be ready at 2:15am got there at 2:13am was told to wait in lane B for my order it wasn’t until 2:34am that I received my order. I get home and the buffalo chicken sandwich looked disgusting. Went back to the restaurant and the cook gave the manager attitude saying when he made the sandwich it looked fine! I hardly doubt that sandwich was anything but fine.

Hands down the best burger chain in the USA. Service is good and food is heavenly, do not miss the seasonal malts(Dr. Pepper Blueberry and Banana Pudding) as they are amazing.

Whataburger seriously dropped the ball. I ordered chicken strips with white gravy, and not only did they forget the gravy, they told me it was in the bag when it wasn’t. I didn’t find out until I got home, so the whole point of the order was ruined.
On top of that, the chicken strips tasted like something you’d pull out of the frozen food section and heat up at home. The bread was just… cardboard. Dry, bland, and honestly hard to finish.
If you’re going to charge Whataburger prices, the least you can do is get the order right and serve food that tastes fresh. This was a waste of money.

Sat in curbside for twenty five minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. My food was finally brought out only to have to wait another five minutes for my drinks to come out because they forgot them. This whataburger location consistently gets orders wrong and also always has old tea, or doesn’t clean their coffers.

I live in between weslaco ND mercedes I drove to go get food for my family.. And they got my order wrong.. b4 we left we looked in our bags we were missing a pie. So we ask for it .. we get home ND my husband order extra lettuce ND tomatoes ND pickles the burger didn’t have it.. I ordered a cup of country gravy ND I didn’t get it.. this isn’t the first time it’s happened… the food is great but only if they would get yr order right … very disappointing

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any whataburger is maybe they got a minor detail on my order wrong just the same as can happen anywhere, but besides that, I dont think I’ve ever truly had anything close to a real and legitimate “bad experience” at any whataburger, and today, at Whataburger in Mercedes, it was no different. In fact, today I felt even extra special as a customer. Our food was delicious, timely, and staff were so friendly, and all smiles. We appreciate our experience today and look forward to our next Whataburger visit.

Worst experience ever. We ordered through the app Of Whataburger. Our food got delivered At our house, but our drinks Never got dropped off Like they said because they knocked on our door , Going to the wrong house . We even waved down the driver and they continue to keep on driving when we were outside Since my husband got home, waiting and waiting. They said it was our fault When they’re the ones that forgot the drinks blaming it on the DoorDash driver. When our Dasher told us they never gave him drinks. Meanwhile, I didn’t have gas so that’s why I ordered through the app, but since they made My husband and I go pick them up. They only offered brownies cookies or a milkshake.. We spoke to the manager, and she was saying the same thing blaming it on the Dasher, but not her team . Never again with this place. We live in the area, but once again they lost a customer.
