Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The store is very clean and welcoming. I was greeted by 2 people, didn’t get 1 name but the other persons name was Minerva. The food was so good and fresh and it came out in like a short 7 minutes, loved it. This store is much better than the others. 10/10 would come back.

Terrible food quality. I purchased a bufallo ranch sandwich and it was pretty much just chicken strips with bread. My coworker ordered the same thing and his wasnt any better. They gave me a hard time asking for more ketchup. Stop being stingy please.

I dine-in at this location. I was greeted with a smile and great service, the moment I stepped in from the cashier Vickie. As being there for a little bit of time, I notice the this Whataburger was very clean. Made me felt like I ordered at the right place. Then to top it off my meal was delicious and hot. I was a happy customer.

The worst customer service ever you have the manager at the register with a long line bullshitting with a employee who is clocking out and taking a meal home, and they were completely ignoring the rest of customers needless to say my food showed up cold, very disappointed, especially in the Manager‘s professionalism

Never ever use the app to place a pick-up order if you want fast service. I used it and everybody else was getting their order except me. When I finally got my order, not even an apology received. Order placed 4:09, got the order at 4:40.

I don’t expect gourmet whataburger, but i do expect something i can eat after i get home from picking up food from you guys…….. even put my wings in sideways and had it spilling out onto my lap through the bag. also note i asked for ketchup instead of mustard but still got mustard. Edit: went back to get new wings and get my burger right and i basically got the same wings. plus a butt load of ketchup. thanks whataburger. it sucks because i work as a server. everything that get sent out. is looked at before it’s sent. to make sure it looks good. it’s crazy they look at this food and still serve it. honestly just talking about the wings in that part but still.
