Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Do not order onion rings or curbside from this Whataburger. This is my second time doing curbside at this location and both times took forever. This time it was over 30 minutes past the “estimated ready time”. Never got anything so I had to get off to get my food and saw my name on their big screen in red saying 30 minutes since arrival. Mind you if they were busy I would understand but they didn’t seem that busy. On top of the long wait my onion rings were completely burnt as if they were sitting there all day and dunked in the fryer like 3 times.

I went today around 4 pm through the drive thru and employee sounded irritated while taking my order. I still said thank you as courtesy and she didn’t reply. I got 3 different combos and they made a mistake on 1, and on the other combo some of the fries were cold and raw . First time going there definitely not going again!

Felt like eating a Bob so I went through the drive through before work. They took a while to even ask for my order and once they did they gave me the total and offered me ketchup twice after saying no thank you. I waited for like 10 mins in the drive thru and when I got to the window the cashier tells me that the card machine has been down and if I had any cash… He could of said that BEFORE taking my order but instead he made me wait until I got to the window. So guess who didn’t get to eat a bob. Me.

Food is acceptable but unfortunately the service is so slow that it is really hard to not get desperate while you wait. Over 5 cars passed over the drive through while I waited over 20 minutes for one humbuger. 7 workes just standing around and playing around.

As busy as it gets and everything seems so fluent and smooth! We got our food within minutes and everything was great. As soon as the pace slowed down just a little the manager goes and makes sure every table is enjoying their meal and asks if they need anything else. This is amazing service and it’s greatly appreciated!

This is the worst whataburger I’ve ever been to. The food is good, of course, because whataburger is always good. But the service in this location is awful. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged at all by any of the staff. And to top it off my order was incomplete and I was ignored again when I was standing at the counter trying to get their attention to get my order corrected. The staff needs to work on their multitasking a bit because I wasn’t even the only customer who was made to wait for ages without any acknowledgement.

Ordered on their app. Got home and got this. Order was all wrong and my burger looked like they just threw the ingredients on the bun. Worst order ever. We ordered almost fifty dollars worth of food. And it was terrible. Will definitely not come back to this whataburger ever again. They should be ashamed for preparing this order.
