Went to Pizzeria Carina on Saturday afternoon. The place feels more like a takeout or delivery spot than a dine-in restaurant. They do have a few seats available, but it’s definitely more suited for grabbing your order to go.
We ordered a 14” Margherita pizza and the taste was amazing! The crust is very thin, which I personally enjoyed a lot — light, crispy, and full of flavor. However, for two people, the 14” didn’t feel quite enough, probably because the crust is so thin.
Overall, it’s a great spot for quality pizza, especially if you’re looking for takeout or delivery. I would definitely come back!

The dough is incredible. Ordered the hot honey arugula. Not too spicy, the arugula stayed on the pizza, sprinkled with cheese. Incredibly delicious and the best pizza in Vermont. Staff was extremely friendly. I will be back.

Ordered the margarita pizza and it was delicious (didn’t get a chance to take the picture). It’s thin yet very satisfying. You can enjoy pizza without feeling you have to go run a mile afterwards. Jessep was also great, it has a layer of cheese that hit the spot! Carlos and the staff were amazing!! Highly recommend

I was looking for the best pizza in Dallas for almost a year, I think I found the place.
Pizzeria carina is owned by a gentleman who knows his art of dough and sourdough starter. He is not messing with his ingredients he is focusing on the simple ingredients with almost attention to detail which delivers the best flavored pizza.
They do small seating area where you can sit down and have a quick bite. The owner is very friendly and knows his craft he was very patient with every customer with caring service.
We ordered the Gnocchi with pesto sauce, the Nora pizza and Margherita pizza. Each and every dish were outstanding its simple ingredients with the right hit and balance. Margherita is simple and perfection I would go to this place in a heartbeat.

Pizzeria Carina is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Dallas. The owner is not only incredibly kind but also truly passionate about his craft. You can tell he knows his stuff. Every detail shines through, from the high-quality ingredients to the Roman-style thin sourdough crust that’s perfectly crisp yet flavorful. Absolutely delicious. And don’t skip dessert! The tiramisu is honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. This place is a gem.

I’m often on the hunt for good thin crust pizza. I’ve found the answer to my elusive quest for the crispy flatbread with toppings. The pizza from Pizzeria Carina was thin, had a crispy crust, and the sauce and toppings were delicious. The pear salad and meatballs were also exceptionally good. We will definitely order again the next time we’re craving thin crust pizza.

A small hole in the wall pizza place that one can immediately tell that they are working for quality. The Nona’s meatballs were light and soft in a fresh tomato sauce. The pizza is thin (but not the crispy style) and cooked to the right level of leopard spotting. The rolled and docked pizza crust has an even thickness with no cornice. The sauce is light, fresh, and heavily applied to the dough.

I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews. Their pizzas LOOK amazing online. I order delivery and priority so it wouldn’t be soggy. Uber got here incredibly fast. This pizza was very greasy. Very soggy. Zero crunch. The point of the slice, straight towards the ground. Puddles of grease in each pepperoni. There was a good amount of pepperoni, which why I gave an extra star. Was expecting a well seasoned pie, but nope. No other seasonings. Just dough, sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Not even a piece of basil. Nothin. 🙁
To be in Preston Center, I expected so much more. What a waste of 27 bucks

Pizza was delicious. We’re visiting and tried it blindly, so glad we did. Crust was thin, perfectly done, and tasty. Sauce seasoned just right. Cheese was great, not greasy or floppy. I picked it up and had a 10 min drive before we could eat. Both pizzas were still amazing. AND, tiramisu was delicious too. Highly recommend!

Just had lunch at Pizzeria Carina, and it absolutely hit the spot! The Margherita pizza was perfectly crisp and flavorful, and the service was fast and friendly. It’s a convenient go-to lunch spot for office workers in the area—quick service without sacrificing quality.
