Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The “buffalo” whatawings are always dry now, why? It didnt used to be. Quit being stingy with the buffalo sauce bro. No i dont want extra buffalo sauce on the side.. Yall make us pay extra for that and i already asked for a ranch as the dipping sauce. This is becoming a frequent problem. Fix it or drop the price. Make it look like it is advertised. So many solutions but making me pay extra is not it. Its my money your recieving on a constant. If I wanted sauceless wings I would ask for saucless wings. And this isnt the only location that does this. Im absolutely going to start holding up the line to make sure food is up to expectations.

Long wait in drive thru, go home to cold food, went back to WB & went inside to horrible attitude from manager, a employee lady in the back mad that they had to remake my order twice because they were walking off as I was telling them how I wanted my wrap, that again wasn’t how I ordered. I cannot believe how the manager allowed the staff so be yelling “WELL NOW THEYRE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT/ IDK WHATS WRONG WITH THEM”
I don’t mind waiting.. I get it can be busy, there’s no need to be so rude. Oh, and they gave me the smallest chicken tender in the ranch wrap lol

Whatever man is at the register (older male) is VERY rude. Not only to me but the customer after me. Been coming to this whataburger for 13 years because I live across the street but might have to switch to another after my experience with him. Other than that service without him is amazing

For an establishment that appears to be fully staffed and open for business 24hrs, they were very slow with getting the food out and getting orders wrong. The oil used for fries, onion rings, and other fried items needs to be cleaned out. Notice the onion rings in the picture? That’s a clear sign that it is time to empty the old oil and add some new oil. Management needs to address the latency issue as well as upgrade the training for new employees and the cleanliness…this is definitely not in keeping with Whataburger standards.

I place order over phone,yet asked for a,, What A Size! onion rings and the onion rings were cold and they were both the same amount,,,,medium and What A Size,I didnt pay extra for cold onion rings and for two mediums,,I called and a person named STEVEN ,did the right thing with curious customer service, went back and he brought me a hot freshly prepared WHAT A SIZE the way it should be and a Hot Apple Pie and apology for there mistake,he handled customer service with satisfaction, I commend him for his attention to perfection of What a burger the way it should be ,,,right,, fast,, and ample serving ,with a smile,I thank him and said I will give a good review for his great service.

Came around 130 after finishing up my route & got the #12. It was barely wrapped so everything fell off & it was covered in mayo so it was all soggy. Exactly why I hate coming to WB.

Whatadisappointment. I got home which is several blocks away and found my burger to be cold and what appeared the leftover lettuce. I also had to remind them about my apple pie which was not in the bag. Your employees need to slow down and do quality control before handing put the food.
