Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The food I’ve gotten here recently has been increasingly disappointing. This is no patty melt, it’s a pathetic melt and there is absolutely bare minimum sauce and cold fries constantly and the fries are never completely filled. Constantly missing items.

waited 30 minutes for an order that only contained 2 breakfast items, all for the order to be completely wrong. I asked for a BOB sausage no cheese and got a BOB ranchero style…have no time or energy to drive back 10 minutes after a long shift. I’m pretty sure ticket times are supposed to be kept under 5 minutes, so if the dining side is backed up, the least a manager on duty or team lead can do is check the order prior to bagging it.

This may be the best whataburger I’ve been to. Super fast, took 8 mins to order and get food. Made perfectly. Manager was super friendly the entire time. Taking time to say hello to everyone in restaurant while dropping food off for them. Clean. What else could you want?

Food good, no issues with curbside. Restaurant is clean, and staff seem happy to be there. Totally opposite the HWY123 Seguin location.

I went to Whataburger at 1am. I drive UBER EATS. I went to pick up a few meals for a customer. The restrooms were extremely dirty. The employee at the register was rude and impolite. He had long dark hair, he was wearing a large gold chain and no name tag. I sat in the lobby for 30 min!!!! and I never saw him change his gloves. He actually went OUTSIDE with them on and went right back to the front register. Didnt change them. Touched his face, hair, clothing and everything around him.DIDNT CHANGE THEM. I was quite disgusted. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND WILL REFRAIN FROM PICKING UP FOOD AS WELL. I souldnt have to wait 40 min for a order. I was just there the day before and it was busy and I got my food in 7 min???????

The Chad. I came to write a review just to praise this young man. The food was delicious. But it was so pleasant for our orders to be taken by him. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our trip. He just had a great attitude. A happy young man. Just the kind of person you want greeting customers.

I was very pleased w angels profesionalism as a manager , yesterday I went through the drive thru and two items were missing . I went today and he took care of my whole meal . The other manager who talked to me first she wasn’t very pleasant , I didn’t get her name but she just wanted to re make the items they forgot to give me yesterday. We received a flyer in the mail for a bacon steakhouse double burger with the french-fried onions on top…..get it free online order only with a drink and fries…. We tried for 30 minutes to get it on our phone apps both of us but all we kept getting was error messages…. so I called one of the locations and asked if we could just use the coupon if we come in or they could just help us on the phone the lady said that it has to be an online order or they can’t accept it at the store so we went to a different Whataburger where the girl was so wonderful at this one and she gave us the discount after we tried so hard to get it on the app…….so mainly the stars are for her and the onion rings…….mine were super fresh that has never happened at Whataburger for me I was very excited that they refresh….. but we were super disappointed in the burger it looked nothing like the picture it was very flat and nothing was crispy as far as the onions went and it was soggy due to the sauce……the flavor was good but the burger as a whole let us down… luckily one of us got it free with the coupon. My first photo is of the advertised burger from the online photo of the advertised burger and my other two photos are what we actually got….the burger was so squished down before i opened it and took a bite LOL……
BUT DEFINITELY we’ll go back to this location because of the sweet girl that was so kind and patient at the register helping us get the discount.

Overall bad
Waited in line for a solid 15min more or less food was not fresh and hot, service was a let down they got my order wrong and the atmosphere is always like they’re so busy. It’s always a long line or messed up order but this time both.

A few days ago I stopped to pick up food. The entire meal was cold/old. It’s fast food, I get it. I called & asked for a manger but the manager was speaking to another customer at that time. I told the girl that answered the phone about my meal being cold/old, she was really nice, helpful & said I could go back with my receipt & she’d remake my meal. I went the following day through the drive thru, same girl I spoke to was on the speaker. She remembered speaking to me & remembered my meal. She was quick, pleasant, great customer service, great attitude. You don’t see that alot in fast food these days. I just want to say thank you to Ms. Liz. I definitely appreciate your help in resolving this and your kindness.
