Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Went to this Whataburger location today , which has been a longtime consistent location for food quality , cleanliness and service .
Although very clean and prompt service , with very good & fresh fries , the quality of the burgers have declined quite a bit , and we’re near tasteless compared to many others previously .
The manager courteously ordered another alternate type burger for me , but with very minor improved results … Just no taste to the beef at all .
Not sure what a Chicago based investment firm knows about a once excellent Texas burger institution , but it’s sure not heading the right direction .

I feel like this place is dirty, they also have an armed security officer here, I guess there’s a lot of crime , and we have to eat in hear with an armed officer, other Whataburger a don’t do this, I’m glad it’s for safety , but to Whataburger corporate I hope you have plenty insurance, if this security pulls out his weapon , and I hope you made sure he has insurance caring a weapon in a restaurant, I think all security companies should make their employees especially the armed officers pay a monthly fee for their own attorney in case they have to use their weapon , it’s not mandatory, but yr taking a risk if something happens

Best part of the drive thru experience was the young man taking out orders to the B lane at about 8ish last night. Extremely polite and helpful. I hate that I didn’t ask his name but kuddos to him.

This location has no idea how to read a screen, a receipt, or an order.
You better triple check you got your ranch or order correct because the number of times I’ve gone through this drive thru and my order has NOT been correct is astronomically high!
I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I’m tired of paying for dipping sauce, and food I don’t get and frustratingly don’t realize till I have left the drive thru or gotten home. Having to either turn around or take the loss!
Trust me! Go somewhere else!

Love coming to Whataburger … never disappointed coming here. The burgers are always fresh. The veggies are always fresh and delicious. The french fries are always crispy and hot. The soft drinks are always a perfect mix and good taste. We always come back.

Went after work yesterday to get some food, paid with cash and the cashier handed me back a fake $10 bill. tried to go get my money back the next day and didn’t even try to de escalate the situation or compensate for anything. Both manager and GM were laughing as if it was my fault.

First time visiting this chain. Nice piece of chicken, just maybe not for a sandwich. The honey bbq chicken sandwich was wonderful!
Onion ringer were previously frozen, as expected with a chain, however they were tasty. Really appreciated the sweet tea/unsweetened tea set up they have, especially since I’m visiting from the north east.
