It’s a shame. I preferred Papa Johns. I can’t support a place that is incapable of doing the bare minimum right. You have an order tracker. It said my order was ready. It wasnt. I sat down to wait and noticed other people were angry amd complaining about a long wait. They were 40min behind and didnt tell me. The first girl claimed the app isnt working right. The manager says it doesnt know the order volume. Nice try. I work in the indusrty. If your point of sale doesnt know how many orders its taking it might be time to udgrade. So on top of incompetence they also lie. Whats happenning is like so many places now they are pushing the orders through as complete so corporate doesnt see how far behind they are and how poor of a job they are doing. I’ll never return to this or any papa johns location. You lost a customer for life.

Ive always loved their pizza, no problems there so far after 30 years. The order process with half human half automated is a bit annoying and if there is one minor error you have to start all over with a person anyway after being transferred to a computer to take payment.

I’ve ordered pizzas well done for several years and from numerous places. Well done pizza comes with the meat crispy and the dough golden not burnt, except today. Today, I couldn’t eat the pizza. Some of the family tolerated it. We moved closer to this location and won’t be ordering again.

Thought I had already reviewed this location but I’m giving them 5 stars because I’ve been about 4-5 times over a few months and EACH TIME my experience was great!
It’s familiar faces when I go but I always interact with someone different and it’s rare you will get equal/same performance with different people but here everyone is ALWAYS friendly and professional.
EACH visit my food was fresh hot and tasted good!!! The restaurant always appears clean and organized which is very appreciated as well. Tonight I gobbled my food up it was too good Sausage pizza & old bay wings!
