Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We waited 25+ minutes after ordering before the employees came outside to confirm what we ordered because they didn’t remember. Also, the left lane drive thru is prioritized over the right lane. We (and the cars in front of us) were already waiting 10+ minutes when a car came in the left lane, ordered, and got their order within 5 minutes.

I have literally never seen a fast food place be so consistently incompetent. I understand food service is a hard job, but it’s not THIS hard. Me and my boyfriend have both gotten food from here delivered lots of times because it’s close by. Explain to me how it’s possible that without fail, every single time, SOMETHING is wrong. They straight up forget entire items out of your meal, or they include items you took off your burger, don’t put add ons you pay extra for etc. Literally every single time something is wrong with the order. Re-evaluate the people on your staff, it is not this hard to read an order, it’s clear they’re just not trying and are given no repercussions for being terrible at their jobs.

Only Whataburger I will never return too. Have never waited less than 20 min. Even when I’m the only person in line. 2 cars infront of me and I was there 25 min without moving. Some of us have jobs that we care about to go too.

Every single time I stop by in the morning on my way to work something is wrong with my order. The cook absolutely sucks,. This morning I bought a sausage breakfast bowl & 2 sausage on a bun. The sausage & egg on all 3 were Burnt. The eggs were brown they were so over cooked. The breakfast bowl barely had any gravy & there were no hash browns. Wataburger is expensive to begin with. This isn’t the 1st time. Maybe it will be better next time, but it hardly ever is. The location in Montgomery needs to hire actual cooks who know how to do their job.

I usually have a positive experience at this Whataburger, but tonight I was in line behind a worker who had just ended his shift and was placing an order. There were several other workers there behind the counter. Once he placed his order, everyone went off in different directions and left me standing there, alone. I waited a couple of minutes, and then left. Someone else got my business, tonight.
