Today was my very first time in a long time stopping at this Whataburger part of the reason is wait time as well as customer service. But on this morning at 6:30 AM, as I came through the drive-through two other cars were in line prior to me and the cashier Jazz made sure they got in and out this morning as well as myself I was only in the drive-through line about four minutes, receive my coffee, hot and fresh as well as my food, hot and fresh her customer service was awesome and she just helped me starting my morning off. Great her positivity rubbed off on me and I would definitely be returning. I want to send my greatest thank you to her for her outstanding customer service.

My visit here about a week ago did not go so well however it prompted my return visit here. The burgers were fresh and fries hot . The service was friendly and everything was great. I appreciate the manager reaching out and addressing my concern as well as actually fixing the problem. I will definitely be back in the future.

This location is by far one of the worst locations in the area. The staff have a huge attitude problem. No sense of urgency, even when you’ve placed the order ahead of time. I put in a complaint and NEVER got a follow up so I’ve just refused coming here all together. I was on my way home (20 minutes+ commute) and decided to place my order ahead of time, scheduling it so I wouldn’t wait more than 10 minutes tops when I got there. We get to curbside and we waited for over 25 more additional minutes than the promised time. Over 30 minutes for 3 meals. I ordered the wings and wanted gravy with my order. The girl brought out the food, and had to turn back around to bring the drinks that she forgot we had even though it was clearly written on the receipt. They also forgot the ketchups we asked for. When she came back, I asked about the gravy and she said they didn’t have it. I asked if I could please get a ranch cup and she said it would be extra. I got out the car to ask for a manager because a simple substitution should not be extra for your multitude of mistakes, when the wait has already been excessive. Another bitter older woman kept telling me that she would have to charge me 65¢ for the ranch cup. I told her we had already been waiting long enough for our food. She said “so has everyone else” as of that somehow makes it better. When I walked in, there were several people waiting on their orders and three employees by the register just diddling their fingers. You could be bagging condiments, napkins, making drinks, doing something other than talking to each other looking like a joke. Then another employee grabbed two ranch cups and shoved them in my face to shut me up. These women are unprofessional and slow to do their job. Waiting over 30 minutes should at least warrant an apology or an overpriced ranch cup as a consolation to horrible service. Order placed around 6:50pm, pick up time was scheduled for 7:15, we didn’t leave until 7:47pm.

Dined in at this location on Feb. 3, late evening, not many people dining only a small group. Had ordered a Whataburger Patty Melt Whatameal with an Apple Pie and Brownie. It was all good, enjoyed!

This location is close to my work, I have been going there for a few months now, the food is always good and hot. There is a your lady that works there JAZZ and she by far is the best thing about the restaurant, a co worker and I were talking about the restaurant and we both marveled how JAZZ remembers our names and orders, she is always kind and also quick. JAZZ literally has a Master class in Customer Appreciation. JAZZ IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!

Got a great experience for the lady Rhea I think in drive through. Very polite and made the visit worth it. Food took a few minutes to get out but not bad at all. Nice and hot though!

This place use to be good years ago, now it’s horrible. The staff walks around pissed and mad , they don’t speak . Customer service stinks and the food is horrible. I couldn’t taste anything on my burger, the mustard tastes like it was watered down. The store wasn’t too clean. I would never go back .
