I wanted to give a shoutout to Santi for her excellent service. I came in to ask for a specific TinyTan from the Throwback Edition. She had her staff went through the whole collection they have left from the Throwback set, even though the Encore ones are out now. They didn’t have any so I bought other ones they have just because she’s so friendly. People were afraid to ask for things they wanted at other McDonalds because the staff were always so rude. Santi and her staff welcome requests and try their best to honor them.Thank you!!

IF I CAN DO NO STARS I WOULD BUT YOU CAN’T. This store is THE WORSE McDonald’s in Rochester NY. I placed an online order requested for everything to be freshly made and no ice in our drinks. I also ordered apple pies 2 for $3.89 x3. Which if they were competent enough that mean I should have received 6apple pies not just 3. Upon receiving the order VIA DoorDash my drinks had hell of ice in them to the point that the 3LG drinks I ordered was only smalls due to having ice filled to the top of the cups, the food was cold and old. After calling the store 6times and no answer I became irritated.

Really wish I could remember the name but whoever the manager is at this location on a Xmas eve night during rush hour , full of orders , inside , drive thru and all the delivery orders , still had this location under complete control. Talking with customers while telling his employees everything is fine just one thing at a time don’t worry and just don’t get mixed up just stay 1 at a time and everything. Amazing man absolutely amazing. Sorry It stood out to me and I had to come back and write review for this and even change my rating from awhile ago. Give that dude a raise , again I wish I could remember the name but….

I ordered food from there I had got my baby a 6 piece chicken nugget with sweet and sour sauce and I had got me the new chicken sandwich with a sprite and a Medium SHNK shake first and foremost my sandwich wasn’t in the bag at all fries was in the bag no sauce and my shake was supposed to be a medium it’s a small like I really be trying not to complain but like come on now do better

Went to pick a mobile order through drive thru and are order was confirmed by the person who was taking the order so we waited in the line as we proceeded to the window for the food now they’re claim they didn’t get it after there cashier confirmed and it popped up on the big screen we have proof of payment and a email verifying the purchase went threw and money was taken still the manager and the owner who was also there refused to make the food after we just paid you 20+ dollars for take out meals that we wasn’t able to receive and couldn’t get a refund for at all I will be finding me a new location that not in the area you spend my hard earned money with and the crazy part is that we also earned points on a order they claimed they never received so they need to update to system they or use or teach there employees how to pull up mobile order transactions they just lucky that I have the wisdom I have today cause old me would’ve went viral tonight

I ordered a burger from McDonald’s, and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced! After a long wait, I received something completely different from what I ordered. I asked for no cheese, but they added cheese. I asked for no pickles, but they added them anyway. On top of that, there were no napkins or straw, and the drink was 99% ice and 1% Coke! The fries tasted like they were made a week ago — very bad quality. The experience was so disappointing that I threw the order in the trash, and this will be the last time I order from McDonald’s.

They really should give the younger manager a raise and honestly the whole staff since they are overworked and always short staffed. Then they have to deal with people blaming them for an order taking slightly longer than expected.
Staff are great but management really needs to give the workers more support or they’re going to eventually lose customers from delays

Standard fast food type place but the service is always poor. It seems to be a contactless type of establishment and it’s hard to get a staff member to acknowledge your presence. The fare hasn’t changed from when I was a child.
