Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered Breakfast Burger. Asked for extra creamy pepper sauce, but barely tasted a regular amount of sauce. Burger was still good and fresh, though it took a while. Cashier wasn’t enthusiastic. Might return.

This store has gone to the dogs. The kids that used to work in here was so polite and well mannered. They have changed opening the inside. Only drive thru after hours. The people working now are not at all happy for some reason. You can tell by the lack of communication, never to smile. And definitely not the food. I made a special trip because my wife told me how good the big chicken ranch. It consisted of a chicken strip two tomatoes and two pieces of brown lettuce. One onion ring was almost as big as the dry chicken strip that was on it. Apparently they left off the ranch part and the big part of this BIG RANCH chicken wrap. Don’t waste your time.

Place needs to be torn down with the employees inside. They just throw darts at the register when you place your order and HOPE that it comes out correct. Couldn’t understand the difference in “mayo” and “mustard” and had to ask 4 times. Just checked my Life360 and was in their drive-thru for 22 minutes. There was one car in front of me. Only ordered 2 things off menu. Not rad at all!!

First a woman was very rude and rushing in the drive thru. Then the wait for service was unnecessarily extended. The young man in the drive thru was courteous about the wait as well as the drink issue. There is a line on the cup if you want the $5 prickly pear drink that it gets filled to without ice. I was told by Martha who was equally unnecessarily rude about refunding and exchanging the drink out. She kept saying it was difficult and she did not know the price difference. The time and energy it took for what should have been a simple transaction is not appreciated over 2 ounces of liquid. Please do better in the future.

Service was HORRIBLE!! I did a curbside order that was supposed to be ready 8:52-8:55, I was FORCED to go into the building after waiting over 10 MINUTES because no workers came outside to give me my order even though it had apparently been ready. My fries were LUKE WARM because of this and they didn’t even include my requested Buffalo sauce in the bag. Horrible experience, never going back. Additionally, I would have gone through drive through if the option was even available in the app but it WASN’T since it was set to apparently open at 10pm. HORRIBLE system in the app aswell!!

Food never hot and fresh…service super slow….i would be okay with slow service if my food would be hot. Always homeless ppl hanging in and outside of this place. Only thing hot in this place is the attitude being thrown around.

Thought I’ll come inside at 7:40am since the line was wrapped around the corner in the drive thru. Inside was just as bad. Took forever to get order taken. Out of picante sauce?! During peak hours this is unacceptable!

Came to pick up an order. Was waiting at the pickup sign for 10 minutes while everyone there was just standing there or walking around bullshitting. Slowest whataburger service Ive ever experienced in my life. Lazy employees.
