Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Just ordered a Monterey melt and received essentially no bell peppers. And yes in between the patties there is onions but no bell peppers. Wait all year for my favorite burger only to have it a few times…and this what I get

TESSA IS THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT! She gives perfect customer service every time. The perfect balance between friendly and professional. Remembers me by the sound of my voice thru the drive thru! Food is always great here and the most efficient drive thru in houston. I’m so blessed this restaurant is on the way home for me.

Ordered on line, this location is always super busy, and I get back to work just to see they gave me some old , hard Chicken bites. This meal was 14 dollars. I won’t be back at this location I tried to give them a chance but I’ll literally just drive to the other location near here.

Forgot an entire fry, no ketchup, and a homeless man came up to my car and was trying to ask for money. Not sure how you forget an entire large fry when it’s 2 meal orders and one other person in line… was not even busy.

Poor service. Make sure to throughly check your order before you leave the drive thru window. My order is all wrong. I asked for Texas Toast. I received the regular 5’ bun. I asked for no bacon. I received 3 stripes of bacon. I asked for extra sauce and don’t believe I received extra. Additionally, I was charged for extra sauce, something that other locations and the mobile app do not charge for. $10 down the drain. I will not return to this location and only order via the app for now on.

I ordered a Pattymelt meal. How dare you give me old cold food and old fries. I paid over $12. That’s insulting and the person that supposedly cooked it fresh should be ashamed of yourself. You wouldn’t eat it so why pass it off to a customer. Check your food before driving off. Seems like trusting is out the window now days. I want my hard earned money refunded.

I came here to pick up Uber orders and when I tell you that 3rd shift crew is on top of it!!! They are handling the walk ins and uber orders in an orderly and quick fashion!!! The SLOWEST “fast,” food you will ever experience. Had to wait over 45 minutes for an order I placed 20 minutes before and showed on time for. Absolutely abysmal management and it shows.

Food has been consistently good but order ahead as prep time seems long for a “fast” food place (but then again I order at 6am). Luckily the WB app is well-made but watch out for the automatic whatameal upgrade.
