Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered through the app, good deal offered. I’m disgusted. I got it wrong the first time (I ordered no onions) and drove back to get it fixed. Lady at counter was super nice., Took it back and less than a minute later handed me this. This absolute pile of trash. I heard her ask for another, this is obvious I hurt someone’s feelings. I’m so sick of this. I can’t even eat this trash, nor do I have napkins.

Food was fresh, but that was because they forgot to fix our order. Ordered 2 orders of fries, onion rings and a couple drinks, took us about 20 minutes to get it. The manager that brought it out was fine, but they really need to hire some better staff. When we got there, there was no one at the front counter to take orders, and the person working the lobby never got the sweet tea filled. It was empty when we got there, and I had to get the counter person to fill our cups, still wasn’t there 30 min later when we left.

After sitting in line for forever we got our order and got home half the order was missing. Then tried to eat the sausage gravy it look like it was gravy from last week. The gravy was so thick you could cut it with a knife. I guess it’s cool that we spend our money and they think they can get over NEVER again I’ll go all the way across town before I go back to this location.

I ordered a bacon whataburger with jalapenos. It came with no bacon nor jalapenos…. I also ordered a regular whataburger and it was alright but the food was cold. The fries were stale and felt like they were a day old. I was expecting the food to be fresh. Never eating whataburger again.

This is a very nice Whataburger. Looks brand new inside. Although the place was packed for lunch the service was very fast and they have a huge parking lot. You cannot beat their iced tea.

The food was mediocre Whataburger food. We went at a busy time of day though, so not totally surprised. What we were surprised with was the obvious issues that employees there had with mine & my family’s skin color. We were ignored, even when we tried to use common courtesy, such as please & thank you. Totally ignored. As though the girls working there were looking straight through us & couldn’t wait to not be in our presence. It was kinda shocking. We try to teach our grandchildren (who were with us) that everyone should be treated kindly. They live in OKC and are used to being around all colors of people. I’m sure the behavior of these girls went over there heads, thankfully. But management would do well to give the employees of this store some training. I completely support racial equality. It needs to be taught coming from the other direction too. Sad.

Only a so-so Whataburger location. Slow with online takeout orders – even slow when they’re not very busy. When they are busy, my experience is that things unravel. I ended up getting served two identical orders: seems the staff hadn’t realized they had already prepared my order and prepared a second (meanwhile I’d placed the order 30 minutes before). Nice to get extra food but better to have picked up my order on-time than wait a long time for (extra) food I didn’t want.
