Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They didn’t have ANYTHING in stock. I get it. Snowstorm.

So I ordered what they did have, but apparently I forgot to ask them to actually heat the food. If I wanted a frozen burger I would have pulled one from the freezer.

This sandwich is so poorly done, it did not at any point have sufficient heat to melt the cheese. You guys know you have to HEAT THE FOOD, RIGHT?!

Edit: I went though the drive-thru so this is not a 3rd party delivery issue. This is 100% on this location.

Came here this morning and received my food in a timely manner and it was hot and fresh. I only give 3 stars because I ordered a sausage BOB with grilled jalapeños and grilled onions with mayo, everything is just piled in the middle. I get so sick of every burger or sandwich from anywhere coming out like this. Is it really so hard to make a sandwich as if you were about to eat it yourself, and distribute condiments evenly throughout the entire sandwich? If I wanted to remake my food I would have just made it myself to start with!

I had bought food twice Thursday. Both times an employee named Bryce helped me. He has great customer service skills. He had a smile on his face while he was working the whole time and even offered to walk back inside the restaurant for the third time to replace my soda due to the drink being “bad.” He offered and was willing to go above and beyond for his customers.

This location makes whataburger look bad. The wait time is absolutely insane never fails. I’ve never waited in line less than 40 minutes. I’ve walked in multiple times because of items being wrong. The kids they have working at this location have no customer service . Are clueless half the time , and lazy and attitude suck. I ordered pancakes gave me a whole bag of syrup and no pancakes . I didn’t even bother to go back. This is there worst location ever and the only one close by. Lakeworth location beats this location by 100 points. There prompt fast and give good service every time. The most time spent in there line maybe 7 minutes .

The absolute worst Whataburger of all time. I will never eat at any Whataburger ever again because of this location. Yes, I am serious. It is that bad. Additionally, their app is terrible. Their estimated delivery times are more inaccurate than Joe Biden thinking he would be President in 2025…and he dropped out of the race. Save yourself a headache and eat literally anywhere else.

I called the store. The manager on duty stated that it’s not really their problem. They make the food and then rely on whatever delivery service to deliver the food. Your food arrives cold? Not their problem (spoiler alert, my food actually showed up but so cold it was cooler than room temperature). I explained I ordered through their app. Still not their problem. The manager offered to remake my food. I explained I paid over $10 to have the food delivered to my house and I would not drive up there to correct their mistake. She then offered to drive to my house to drop off the food personally. It has now been over two hours since I gave Whataburger money and they have still not delivered to me edible food. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

I was absolutely excited to run into a Whataburger as there aren’t any in my area (South Florida) and the best part is the dining area is open 24/7 so being able to sit and enjoy my meal in said establishment was wonderful.

Used to be amazing! Now its terrible, the taquitos taste like fish, often. I’m done, Absolutely disgusting. Way to expensive for bad service and bad food. Fast food is dead. People don’t care anymore.

Sent someone to pickup my order.10-2-2025 ordered 2 What a Cheeseburgers and two reg fries. When it was delivered there were only two large fries in the bag. Seems everytime we take out something is always missing. These folks want more money but they dont do the job there hired for. All orders should be checked for accuracy before handing to customers. And yes we should check our orders also but there being paid for there service. We shouldnt have to do their jobs for them. When someone else is pickin up for you they dont know what you ordered. So What A Burger folks get it right. This was the White Settlement TX store.

Whataburger chicken strips used to be big and now I think that they are smaller than what they used to be. There are now maybe a fourth or more size smaller than they used to be. My understanding is that all the food that they are serving is getting smaller and they’re charging more money for this. This is totally ridiculous. I will never ever again go to a Whataburger and I’ve been going to Whataburger since I was a kid.

Great service and a great burger. On this day, a special shout out to the young lady that was hustling her tail off.. Moved fast! Kept a smile all the time. Running to customers cars with orders, drinks. getting payments.
