Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

As a local guide I have eaten at many Whataburger locations. This is the worst Whataburger I have ever seen and the worst service. Take my word and do not bring your family or coworkers to this poorly run location. The owner should have his franchise pulled that is how bad this location is.

The number system was kinda all over the place 2day. A bunch of people who ordered after me received their orders before me but the staff were super polite and the place was clean.

If I could give it -5 stars I would the lady working the drive threw Megan I believe was very rude talked over my husband ordering an got our order wrong an the the food we did get was cold extra salted fries (did not ask for extra salt) barely any sauce on the sweet an spicy bacon burger so much mustard it the bun was sliding off my husbands patty melt a wipser of sauce with a side of cold fries idk if they had a bad day but not a good look for whataburger at all

Ordered chicken strips and honey bbq chicken strip sandwich, every strip came RAW. Careless cooking and service, getting paid the bare minimum and can’t do the bare minimum. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location either , a bunch of kids and elderly people that have no idea how to run a store. Whoever is head manager of this whataburger needs to do some serious evaluation of their crew before someone gets sick.

We had the best experience at this whataburger! Order was all correct and staff was super friendly and accommodating!!! We are a picky eating family and they got everything correct and did it with a smile.

Mobile ordering was not available for this location.
I went inside like an idiot and managed to get an even worse experience.
Took forever to get the wrong items on my order despite the receipt showcasing the correct order.
To top it off, they limited me to one spicy ketchup and one normal ketchup.
No choice. I do not I don’t care for normal ketchup and would have taken two spicy otherwise.
Just avoid this location.
Probably the whole chain if it’s any indication of how the other’s operate.

We got a to go order. It took us less than 5 minutes to wait in the car line and make our order. We had to wait in the parking lot for our order to be finished. But even then, it was 3 minutes or less. Quick service and always good food.

I ordered the # 8 with cheese today. When I got my food it was cold. Cold fries, the cheese didn’t even melt on the burger. That’s hard to believe when one of the pieces of cheese was in between what was supposed to be two freshly cooked hamburger patties. This location charges more than the corporate whataburger’s that are in the metroplex. If you’re going to charge me $11.47 for a kids meal, can you please cook it while I’m there, and not 30 mins before I get there? Whataburger doesn’t cook your meal when you order it. They just assemble the meal when you order it. The manager on duty was very polite, and refunded my money.

All I gotta ask is, you mad? Because you don’t have to take your frustrations out on my food and make it to where it’s not edible due to smashing the whole taquito making the tortilla rip…get better. Picture of the top but the whole back is ripped.
