Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Went to this location on 2/28 at 10:45 pm and I’m very disappointed not only in the lack of care but in the lack of customer service from the “manager” on duty. Ordered dinner for my family and we get everything home. Everyone’s drinks are either wrong or just disgusting. No comment on that from the manager no suggestion to make it right. We’re missing an entire entree to a meal and one of my kids burgers is made completely wrong after hearing the drive thru worker double check with kitchen to make sure it’s made right. I get back up to the store to get the food I’m missing and this manger expected me to take the burger that my very upset child was attempting to eat and drink it back to her to show here she didn’t make it right before she would make me another one. So she could replace the sandwich she never gave me but refused to replace the one they messed up after double checking. Make it make sense why you wouldn’t want to give me and my family whatever it is I needed to make sure my experience, which had been ruined by this point, was at least worth the 70$ I spent on your “fast food”. Thanks for nothing hope this reaches the right people and y’all do something with the management cuz y’all need help.

Drove through the drive thru at 1120pm and the driver pulled to the outside lane. The rude person on the speaker said move to the side lane if you want to order that lane is broken. The driver nicely said it would be helpful if yall put put up a cone or sign if it’s broken. The person on the speaker then said we’ll you can go somewhere else and else and order. We definitely decided to go somewhere else and as we were driving by the other speaker she was still repeating over and over….you can go somewhere else!

I have to brag on my experience at the Carthage Whataburger today! I had placed a small to-go order with a special instruction. Not only did the staff give me exactly what I ordered, but they went over and beyond! I am a very happy customer. Thank you to great management and a friendly, excellent team!

Placed a web order. They forgot 2 large shakes, husband turned around to go back and get them. Got home, and go to eat my DOUBLE burger, only to find that my Double actually is a 1 1/3 burger cool. At this point, it’s 11 at night and we put HOURS of driving in, and gave no energy to go back (again) to have it fixed.
