i had only been too dairy queen a handful of times in my life every time I had gone, the experience had been mid. And so has the food. this time was different. my first time at the buford dairy queen was a saturday night, cars were lining up to order, and moving too. i walk in and it’s packed. kids,familys all sitting down eating food, im geetted immediately but im worried bc im really hungry and idk what to order. michelle met me at the counter immediately, and so patiently waited for me to figure out what i wanted, took my order very attentively and perfectly, i didn’t have to repeat anything. very, very shortly after i payed and sat down with my drink, me and my friend where handing out food at our table and asked if we want any sauces! and immediately after that came out our respective ice creams! everything was fresh, right, and so delicious. all in the middle of a dinner rush!! you can tell they really have it together up here, and is so nice to expierence when your someone like me who does van life and mostly depends on fast food to survive. was completely worth the money, time, and stomach room! i might even feel safe enough to try out the chili dogs here without being scared of how it’s gonna come out and the buttered toast was

Went through and ordered a hot fudge Sundae this evening. I asked if they could put a little more hot fudge syrup. I was told they went all the way around and it was hot and had melted. I understand, but it was the finest line of fudge I have every received there. Got home and barely any. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back very soon. And I frequent that store as it is very convenient. For almost $5, I feel there should have been more fudge.

Very nice location that still has a bit of the small town feel of the original. Good crew doing service and we noticed that they kept the kept the drive through line moving also.
Basic burger was exactly a basic burger, but the fries and the cheese curds (extra cost) were soft on.
Through in that hot fudge Sundae for dessert and the $7 deal was perfect!

Ordered the new swicy chicken tender meal. It’s advertised as coming with soft serve. LITERALLY ALL IN THE PICS. I didnt get the soft serve with my meal to dip it in so I called up there for the soft serve and the person on the phone said you have to ask for it. No where in the website, menu, etc does it say you have to ask for it. She refused to do anything about it, like offer what was being now falsely advertised.
The tenders were actually decent and we do food reviews so the presentation is important and cool things like dipping in soft serve so that was unfortunate. Just train people better.

Second time I’ve been here and apparently a plain cheese burger is too hard? The person at the drive through even ask me again if I wanted it plain and instead I get a burger with everything on it. Great job I guess.

I love Dairy Queen in general, their ice creams and their food is awesome! I stopped today at this location which I visit often, and I have absolutely nothing wrong to say about it, people is nice and they make good food. I just want to review as a general review for Dairy Queen “rotisserie chicken bites” I wanted to try them and I am so disappointed…. they are little little little dry pieces of chicken -6 count- in this big box, they disappear in there because they are so small. Thanks Dairy Queen for trying but please stick to your regular BiG chicken tenders … not buying tho again.

Ate a Blizzard in store. Staff flipped it with melted ice cream on top and spilled it on my pants, then walked off without a word. Took a dipped cone to go and asked for something to carry it in. Was told they don’t do that. Had to hold it the whole ride home while it melted all over me. Reached out to corporate, got a generic reply, then no follow-up. Poor service, zero accountability.

This is my favorite place to grab a cheep dinner/snack with a few of my friends! The $7 All-Day Meal Deal is genuinely one of the best ways to eat for cheep in this economy. Service is always nice and fast. If you are ever missing any food or something is wrong with the order, they will happily fix it for you. The place is always clean with no overflowing trash or messy restrooms. Overall, this is one of my favorite fast food places of all time.
