Best Whataburger in Longview / White Oak! The food is always amazing and the service is always the absolute best too! I always have to wait forever at other locations and my order is never correct. Here my order is always out quickly, hot and fresh, and correct. The staff is very helpful and friendly and do a wonderful job. They are very respectful and the restaurant is always clean! I stop in to grab breakfast during the week, take lunch here occasionally, and eat here with my family on the weekends. I am never disappointed with the food or service!

Starla was so wonderful! She was kind and thorough in taking my order and ensured I was heard to make my food exactly how I wanted. I witnessed her double checking another persons order while I waited the few moments for my food. Whole team on morning shift crushed it.

Went thru drive thru later at night. Have to admit that the burger was VERY GOOD ,bun was fresh ,made as I wanted. The servers attitude was GREAT and cheerful . They’re the reason I will stop here again

Honestly, I want to give more stars but I just can’t. I placed an order through the app at 11:00pm…I remember the time specifically because we were waiting for breakfast items to be served. The app said our order would be ready by 11:08pm….we live right around the corner so we took our time and went inside to get our order. At 12:00….an hour after our order was placed….we received our order. The restaurant was no busier than normal…and from what could be seen from the counter, there were multiple people working. I was frustrated to say the least and did contact corporate. The food is good but is it really worth waiting that long to get??? Not really, in my opinion.

Well, now that I finished eating what I didn’t order I’ll voice my opinion. I been at the hospital with my ill wife since 3pm. Headed home at 11pm and stopped here to get something to eat. Now it’s 11:15pm and I’m tired. It’s my fault for not checking my order before leaving but like I said, I was tired and wanted to get home. So I drive 4 miles to get home and find out it’s not what I ordered. I looked at the ticket on the bag, yep,, not what I ordered. So here it is 11:45pm and now I’m tired & pissed off. I ordered a #12 meal Spicy Chicken Sandwich & I got a #2 Double Meat with cheese & mayo burger. There’s 2 differences here, the #12 has a 1 in front of the 2, the #2 doesn’t. The Chicken is small and has 2 legs, the Beef is big and has 4 legs. Big difference, it doesn’t take Rocket Science to figure that out. Y’all working at these fast food establishments be crying wanting $15 an hour but you want to give your customers $4 an hour service. I will take this issue to the corporate office because it isn’t the first time it has happened and obviously management doesn’t want to fix it. This was at the corner of West Cotton St and Loop 281 Longview TX.. Christopher was the name on the order ticket.
