Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I rarely ever complain, but the girl at the drive thru window terrible customer service. She didn’t even tell me my total she just held her hand out I was like umm okay. Hands me my drink doesn’t say anything, she left the window open and my phone rang I answered it she looked at me crazy slammed the window and walked away from the counter I see my food get sat right there but no one is at the drive thru window anymore 5 minutes goes by and someone else had to hand me my food.

I was really impressed with the way it looked inside and out. People are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Food was outstanding, hot, fresh, tasted great. Even saw some of the staff interacting with customers like they were family. Nice to see a company that really cares.

Took 22 minutes to get a sausage bob meal. Third and last time, jack in the box only takes 5 minutes across the street. Faster going to the one in Quinlan than waiting in the drive through line.

Waited in the usual long line, when I paid at the window was told to pull up to line as they were waiting on chicken for chicken sandwich. 45 minutes later still nothing. Had to go inside and they had forgot about the order. Not only that there is no reason it should take that long for food. Every other whataburger around is twice as fast.

The employees seem to be in a bad mood. I did a mobile order, and sat in my car waiting for it for 10 plus minutes. No came out to help or anything. Yes, I put the number that I was parked in. I had to get out, and get my food. They had it sitting on the bottom shelf. I mean, hello. I placed a mobile order for a reason. Remind you, people cleaning the lobby saw me sitting the mobile order spot to.

Came here after work at 3 am. The lady that waited on me through the drive thru was eating in the managers office before handing my food to me. I let her know that I wanted my food remade because SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE GIVING ME MY FOOD!! She in turned told well I didn’t touch your food (in a rude way). I let her know that is contaminating my food and I want it to be remade. She closed the slammed the window shut and through the food back at the cook telling her I wanted my food remade. Then she told me to pull forward and they would bring it out. When I got my food it was cold so I know for a fact that they gave me that food back that she touched. I will get a hold of the manager earlier today. I will NOT ever eat here again!!!

This is seriously the worst Whataburger in terms of quality. I feel like I need to speak to a child. It’s burgers and fries. I could have a child at least keep food fresh with hot not stale fries and warm buns not cold. And to sit in a long line means should be cooking food having it fresh or there should be no long wait comprende.

20 minutes for a burger seriously and not overwhelmingly busy. Finally had to ask where my order was and just got a blank stare. Guess they don’t have trays anymore as dine in orders were all delivered in a bag.

At this location we were amazed at the total unprofessionalism of the entire crew. On entering it was almost 4 minutes until someone came to the register to take our order. Another 16 minutes elapsed until the food was brought to the table. At that time there were only 4 other customers seated and one person ordering. 3 of them were there before us and had been served.
