I came in tonight for an Uber delivery order and decided I would order myself some fries as well. Came in to no greeting, since no one was at the counter. Waited about three minutes before a frustrated woman came out and barked that she’d be with me when she could. Proceeded to stand with her back to me while on her phone. Waited another five minutes before she rudely asked me what I wanted. If I wasn’t actually hungry right now, I would have just not ordered because she made me feel like I was a hindrance to her and the entire experience was very uncomfortable. I didn’t want to make her mad, even though I was simply trying to place an order. Once I finished with my order, she said “That’s it? ” in an annoyed manner and gestured toward the card reader and began to walk away again. I asked for my total and she yanked at the reader and said “it says it there, don’t it?” Vanea T, (what it says on my reciept) I understand that y’all were understaffed tonight and I was not tripping about a wait at all. Please have a blessed week and remember not to project your frustrations onto guests. I appreciate you for serving me, god bless you and the boys on your night crew.

Delicious, smoking hot, and well seasoned,
I tried out the new Bacon wrangler double cheese burger, i was unsure whether i would like it since it’s new but i was in for a treat, definitely a savory, cheesy mouth watering burger, id highly recommend.
I also tried my plus one’s Tenders and i must say they were fairly decent, a bit on the dry side but well seasoned.

Very patient and friendly , when asked about different items on the menu as well as new items i was met with concise, confident answers. Above all else the whole time i was met with a smile, both entering and leaving the facility. Thanks!

The lobby and outside areas were spotless, very clean and no foul or strange odors, the restrooms were clean and well maintained.

Very calm and relaxing, great place to grab a bite with friends/family and stay for a while.

CONCLUSION:
If you’re ever in the mood for a great hot meal i recommend giving this location a shot, especially for dine-in meals. Staff are very friendly as well as the locals, restrooms are well maintained.
However as mentioned numerous times before, i went when it was NOT busy, so my experience will greatly differ from those who arrive when the location is busy or through the drive-thru.

It wasn’t about the money — it was about her kindness and the way she handled it with grace. That small act meant more to me than she probably realizes. Thank you for having employees like her.

Yup this place is fire, and of course I had to shoutout Ralissa for her amazing work and i love the way she’s very energetic every single time always shows up with a great attitude, with a pretty smile, and has an amazing personality. They should honestly bump up her pay to $20. Also happy late birthday as well. But overall, this place is cool and almost every time they be getting my patty melt just right, mostly no complaints and ill probably start coming here more often again.

After several visits to the drive-thru where I felt the food wasn’t as fresh as it should be, I decided to go into the lobby this morning and speak directly with the operating partner. I’m really glad I did. She took the time to listen to my concerns, made sure my food was freshly prepared, and ensured I left as a satisfied customer. You could tell she truly cared about the quality and the customer experience. Big thanks to her and the team for turning things around I’ll definitely be back!

This place is ridiculous. I have been here several times and the wait time seems like it keeps getting longer. I’m not talking about because it’s busy. I go there around 3 in the morning when no customers are in the drive thru. You will sit there for at least 5 or more minutes before they will even acknowledge your there and then ask you to hold on a minute. This time when I went I actually had to drive around to the drive thru window after waiting for more than five minutes and sit there for another minute or two before they realized I was sitting there even though I had honked my horn.

The pretty lady with the black shirt did an amazing job with the remake of my order. She even did an amazing job job the last time I returned something on the day shift that the night shift did horribly on. So to you maam I want to say thank you and I truly appreciate your hospitality and service. The older manager with the official Whataburger managers shirt on she has failed me so many times already it feels personal. Treated the guy before me like please come back. When it came to me it’s like oh it’s you again. I try not to say too much but now at this point it’s ridiculous.

I really hate to do this the food was overall good but the service was terrible. The lady at the drive-thru took my order. Ask for a chicken wrap combo large unsweet tea and one buffalo sauce package. Got to the window had to repeat myself four times which is not a big deal it’s loud maybe she couldn’t hear me. Pull up to get my order the young lady’s very rude very disrespectful. She hands me my bag when she opens the window to hand me my food turns to someone in the background. Carrying on some attitude of conversation with someone else. Looks at me with an attitude I simply asked I got a buffalo package with my order. She tells me no you have to pay for that I said I ordered it at the window she walks away without even giving me enough time to figure out what we need to do. Comes back with an attitude. I pay 55 cents again for the buffalo sauce which no big deal. Then she slams the window in my face before I could even say thank you never once did I give her attitude. Get a minute down the road to eat my food and guess what it’s wrong. The food really did not make me mad being wrong it was the overall experience with the lady at the window.

Customer Service was good. I asked for mayo only and it looked like a pinch of mayo was put on the burger. Whataburger just not the same anymore. I grew up with eating Whataburger and never had the issues that is going on now.

20 minutes and I’m still waiting on biscuits and gravy..gave them my order then had to give it to them AGAIN at the window. And now more waiting cause I don’t want cheddar jalapeno biscuit for breakfast. I wish we had another close store cause this one needs to get it together
