Cozy, spacious, and overall a nice place with clean restrooms.
However, the service definitely needs improvement. The woman who kept coming to our table every 10 minutes asking “Is everything okay?” (even before we had ordered any food) was extremely distracting. Constantly interrupting guests while they’re trying to have a conversation becomes rude at a certain point, and it wasn’t appreciated.

The food is a bit overpriced for the quality, but overall it was okay. Not a bad experience, just room for improvement and not a favorite.

The restaurant is spacious and has different sections with varying atmospheres. There were only a few people, most of whom were very kind and behaved well with children and pets, which is a plus for my family. The service was excellent; the waitresses were fast and efficient. The food arrived in a few minutes and was freshly cooked. The menu is diverse, and I tried the Maryland seafood soup and crab cake, which were both delicious. I enjoyed them with my Caesar salad. The prices are reasonable, and our bill, including a tip, came to around $170 for four adults and one child. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. We didn’t order drinks, but we received complimentary water and timely refills.

The guy who recommended this place to me, you are now on my permanent “trust their food advice” list.

Came here on the recommendation of a local who works in Quantico and clearly knows what they’re talking about. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere hit that perfect balance of relaxed, welcoming, and just upscale enough to feel like you made a solid life decision.

Let’s talk about the food.

The braised beef rib was absolutely phenomenal. Tender, flavorful, and cooked to the point where it basically surrendered the moment a fork looked at it. Rich without being heavy, and easily one of those dishes where conversation pauses because everyone is too busy enjoying what’s on their plate.

Now for the real surprise star of the night: the sweet potato fries. I’m not saying they caused a second order… but I am saying my dining companion ordered another round and there were zero regrets. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and dangerously snackable.

Despite the cold weather outside, the restaurant had the porch area closed off and heated well enough that it still felt comfortable and lively. Inside, the vibe was warm and upbeat, with a steady flow of happy diners clearly having the same “great find” experience we were having.

Service was friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. The kind of place where you can actually relax, enjoy your meal, and feel like you picked the right spot for the evening.

If you’re anywhere near Quantico or Aquia and looking for a reliable, delicious, and genuinely enjoyable dining experience, Harbor Grille absolutely delivers. Highly recommend.

We had a very delicious lunch. The sandwiches were good sized and everyone really enjoyed them. The fish and chips were delicious. Crispy and perfect. The hush puppies were some of the we’ve had. Slightly sweet and crispy. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly. Great views of the marina and the Occoquan River

My girlfriend and I walked in with our two dogs who were immediately greeted and we were escorted to the patio. When we got there we didnt even know we were sitting outdoors (it was 45 degrees outside!) because they had covered their patio so well and installed heaters so it feels like indoors. ROMEO was the nicest waiter and gave us and our pups plenty of attention throughout the night so we definitely felt good about being here. Every time we saw him, he would check on us which was greatly appreciated after a long day of work for us. Even more so given the fact that we were outdoors where most restaurants would neglect the outdoor customers so they can stay warm.

The food was also amazing! I got the caribbean chicken with rice and veggies. All of the above came hot and the chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. I can tell they used only the best ingredients.

This whole experience made us feel right at home. We will absolutely return!

Brunch at the Harbour Grille was nice. Relaxing atmosphere with seating by the windows indoor or outdoor (with heaters) on the deck. The view is beautiful and they open at 10:30am on Sunday. Food was good (4 out of 5 stars). The chicken and waffles were worth ordering but pass on the burger (it was dry and the meat didn’t have much flavor). The sweet potato fries were a nice treat, sweet and crispy. Plenty of parking outside for free. Check out my pics for the brunch menu. Enjoy!

It was our first time here, we got seated immediately with no reservation. Our waitress was good and our drinks and appetizers came out quickly. We had just enough time to finish them before our entrees arrived. The food was good and the manager checked on us. Everyone was friendly and the place had a relaxed feel. We’ll probably be back to try more of the menu in the future.

This is the place to go to chill at an outdoor bar or a date night by the water with great food, reasonable prices and a lovely staff. We typically go for happy hour, they also have live entertainment on the weekends and lots of tvs with the games on. When it’s too hot or too chilly that have an awesome inside bar, cozy dining rooms and areas for private events! Plenty of free parking! Don’t ever forget to order the hush puppies for the table to enjoy with the most delicious cinnamon butter. Josanna and Gee are two of my favorite staff members, but there are plenty more to add to the list. Don’t miss out on this hidden waterside hangout!
