Typically fast food is not an option. When there’s only 30 minutes between appointments it becomes the only option. Upon entry, it was obvious that this would be a pretty good experience. The warm welcome for the manager set the tone for my short 30 minute stay. Jokingly, I asked the manager if he could create a sandwich to resemble the picture. Challenge accepted!! The Patty Melt came very close to the picture but more importantly the flavor, temperature and presentation were on point! The restroom and restaurant were clean.. so clean that I slipped a couple times to and from the restroom. No fall, just a slip. The moment you enter an establishment you almost immediately know what type of experience you’re in for. This was an enjoyable one with exceptional service! Thank you Mr. Manager

This is why we have only visited this location twice in the last six months. Nothing is ever right. We live 15 minutes from this location. So not easy to rectify anything very easily. Hamburgers were prepared wrong and very poor quality. Ordered two unsweetened tea. Got sweet tea. Wife asked for sweet n low, got something else. Very poor management and training at this location. Do not waste your time here. Will never get better.

Gave them another chance. Even worse this time. I would rather drive to Waxahachie than give this location another chance. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, no cheese on the burger. Order a double meat cheeseburger Jr, no cheese and only one patty. This place sucks.

This Whataburger by far is the worst one I have been to my entire 45 years of living. Every SINGLE time they continue to get our orders wrong and every time we have to go back to get them to do it right…one time my husband had to go twice after he told them how he wanted it. It was still wrong. Now when my husband asks me do I want anything from there I pass. He should do the same at this point because he just went through the same crap again.

I ordered the chicken tenders meal and a jalapeno burger meal and 2 apple pies. I got home and my chicken tender meal didn’t have any tenders in it. I called and they remade my order. Once I got back and ate my new order I went to get my apple pie and there is NO apple pie. I continously had problems with this location our order wrong!

Every single time I place a mobile order, I always have to wait 30-55min waiting at curbside pick-up. This includes coming after the time allotted given by the app. 90% of the time our order is wrong, only reason I ever go to Whataburger is specifically for my kid who loves their food and consistently they still manage to not give her Gravy even if it clearly is stated by me or my mobile order receipt.
