This location is ok. I understand there’s younger employees and they’re being trained but someone should at all times keep the lobby clean as that is where the customers stand and order. The food was fantastic as always. I would stop by again. I recommend this place. Would you consider jalapeños? Really goes good with the food.

So now I’m done. Like done done with this place. Can’t train or treat employees right don’t own a company. This is now my 3rd or 4th time getting not what I ordered. I’m skinny and need to eat so I order double burgers. Got served a single but bought and paid for a double. Sick of being expected to drive back after I’ve left because of their incompetence and just disrespect they have if you tell them they got it wrong. Almost 20 bucks a meal and waiting for it to be fresh no reason what so ever to be getting served the wrong stuff. I wanted to like Culver’s but after my experiences McDonald’s is starting to get it more accurate than this place and that’s pretty sad. Shows the owner isn’t as hands on as they should be. Nobody should be out working the owner in any part of the store. Not their store not their problem. If you’ve got good employees value them over the not so valuable and stop basing it off who you have the best playground banter with.

Went in for a casual dinner with a couple friends and had a pretty good experience overall. The place had a laid-back, hometown feel and wasn’t too loud, which I liked. The menu is classic American stuff, nothing fancy, but solid. I ordered a burger with fries and it came out hot and cooked how I asked. Fries were fresh, not soggy, which is always a plus. Service was friendly, our server checked in just enough without hovering. Food didn’t take too long even though it looked busy. Prices felt fair for the portion size. Not a mind-blowing meal, but definitely a place I’d go back to when I want something simple and filling.

They wouldn’t sell us a burger shaped rubber duck. This was our whole reason for coming and had the manager on staff not been so nice and explained that it was the owner saying not to sell them, we would’ve left without ordering. Very disappointed. Also my burger sucked, and I remembered Culver’s having thee best burgers, so that was also disappointing.

Everything about this place is awesome. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, the store is clean, the food is quickly made, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My order here is usually cheaper or close to the same price as my McDonald’s order but everything about this restaurant is so much better. I can’t say enough how much i enjoy going to this restaurant. I actually hate picking up fast food but they make it enjoyable

Just had an annoying experience because staff didn’t want to inconvenience themselves. I had ordered 2 chicken spicy sandwiches and added cheese and mayo. They forgot to add both so i went back in and asked for them to be added and was told it would take too long to remake. So she decided ti give me two slices of cheese in a box with packets of mayo. I thought that was very rude given that they didn’t get my order right to begin with. Do better Fargo Culvers.

Ordered only a concrete mixer at the drive through. Waited there for a while, I see someone looking around to find a car, I saw the concrete mixer in his hand. He then went inside with it pretty quickly, not even approaching me. A couple minutes later someone else went out to serve someone else their food walked over to me, she saw the slip on my mirror, said they assigned me the wrong order and threw out my order. I was annoyed after how long I wait. I went inside heard and saw the woman that talked to me talking to another employee and they mentioned I had the right number. Refunded my order. This wasn’t the first time they’ve forgot or didn’t give me my order at this location thru the drive thru. I’m sick of the terrible service.

Came to Culver’s for some hamburgers and the meat smelled weird and was super salty.
I called and spoke with Azalea (assistant manager) and she just kept laughing at me asking to speak to her manager, not about the food but about her attitude, and she still treated it like a joke. She refused let me come in the next day for a refund since I was at work, so I had to go back the same day.
When I came in, she was still unprofessional and kept said she wasn’t laughing at me, “that’s just her personality,” while talking about me in front of 5 employees. Really disappointing customer service. Hopefully the owner Ashley sees how things are handled when she’s not around.

They have my sons favorite cheese curds in town. Both boys like the custard. I don’t generally like burgers but theirs are pretty good! I would not recommend the chicken strips.
