Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Not great but good service. Dine in customers are helped after drive thru but I’m guessing that everyone is doing that now.

Had my first what a burger experience today.
The burger was fantastic! I was hungry and it made the taste even better! I can most certainly say that I will come back in the future .
There was an African American lady that worked, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The manager thought, was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful, pleasant and the customer service was beyond what I had expected considering it was a fast food restaurant. I forget the gentleman’s name but I would like to thank him for a pleasant experience. He said he had been in n this location for less than 10 months.
The restaurant was clean and spacious.
Plenty of parking.

Just got home from picking up my food with my husband. Not only was his burger semi cold despite just “being made” , had old cheese (no newer than maybe early this morning). As well as my double meat burger had one fresh patty and one older patty, you can see in the photo, as well as old cheese on mine. You can also see with photo evidence that there is an EYELASH on my French fry. I just took this out of the bag… like the quality of this restaurant is apparently slowly declining. I keep giving it chances and regret it. I will just stick to the only good location in the area, which is the one on Frankford by the Wells Fargo bank and Taco Bell. Disappointed to be spending $19 dollars of my husbands hard earned money for such poor quality food.

This store is reliably slow I ordered the new Big Ranch Wrap and waited 15 minutes while two cars behind me got their full orders. The wrap is literally a tortilla with a chicken tender. Please reimburse me for my gas!

I went during the ice storm, luckily they were open. I got the double whataburger combo. Everything went nice and smooth, the buger was awesome. I was just grateful they were open during a challenging time.

Went and ordered the chicken strip basket. They asked me what sauce I wanted which was gravy. I basically only go there for that. I get through the drive through and pay. After sitting there waiting for my food for over 5 minutes they tell me they don’t have any gravy. How are you going to ask me what sauce, let me pay for it only to proceed with not having it. Needless to say I’m beyond irritated. I wouldn’t have even gotten the same order if I would have known this PRIOR to ordering or paying. Do better. Paying over $25 for fast food and now I don’t even want it. I should have told them just keep it and give me my money back.

Either dine in or immediately pull in to the parking lot and take every single thing out of your bags to make sure you have all the parts of your order as I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location and not had something missing from my order.
The staff are friendly and will quickly fix any issues, though, and the food is as expected.

I ordered their food from Grubhub. The fries were cold and stale and so was the meat. Now my children and I have stomach problems and sickness. Completely unbelievably and unacceptable. Its normally ok but now I’ll never eat there again.

We ordered curbside but when I arrived, we didn’t get our food until 15 mins past our scheduled pick up time. In addition to that, I payed extra for cheese and I also asked for bbq sauce, neither of which were on my burger (the sauce you see pictured was the spicy ketchup that I added). Service was mid: 5/10; nothing exceptional. Would I recommend? No. The Whataburger by the airport in Euless is amazing tho!

I mean it’s a Whataburger. This location used to be pretty good at night, but the quality is really diminishing. Just got the wings tonight with buffalo sauce and only 2 pieces have the sauce covering them. My fries were also room temperature by the time I received my order. I usually don’t leave bad reviews as I like to promote good places, but this is about the 5th time in a row I’ve had something wrong with my order.
