Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Phillip is probably the happiest and kindest WAB employee ive ever spoken to or met. Coming here is worth it just to have him take your order. Food is always hot, always good, takes a minute but with good service its worth a wait.

The manager at this location was GREAT. He was great having a conversation with as he asked How was our meals n if there was anything else he could do 4 his customers. I recommend this location over another 1 n Prosper, TX due 2 Christmas Eve that other location closed their doors at 1600 hrs when they were supposed 2 b open til 1800 hrs. So, they lost about about 10 customers due 2 this stupid thing so, my family n I headed over 2 this location n it was open 4 us 2 njoy a nice meal. Just 2 add here, The cooks did a terrific job on our food, 2 thumbs up!

Phillip is truly exceptional! From the moment we pulled up, he greeted us with genuine friendliness and professionalism. He double-checked our order, made great recommendations, and delivered everything perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their job, but Phillip goes above and beyond with a SMILE. He turned a simple food stop into a genuinely great experience. We are there almost nightly, he’s amazing & Whataburger is lucky to have him! This man needs a raise!!

1st we went 2 the store on Preston n Prosper but they were closed on 12/24 at 4pm. We then decided 2 head 2 the 1 off Custer n McKinney (store 1018). Im glad we did cuz we had Great service! Of course it is go to fast food burger. Tried the Blue cheese burger, oh yes, If you like blue cheese you will love this burger. its a lot of burger since it is a two patties. Of course the good fries and the spicy ketchup. This location staff was friendly and service was fast.

After my burger was made wrong I had to drive back to have it remade and I guess out of retaliation burger was remade with mustard that I did not ask for and made so sloppy I had to reassemble it myself and had what appears to be a purposely squished bun this location was my go to Location because of bad service at the one right by my house, but it seems I can’t even go here anymore also, rude comments were made, and the manager on duty she was laughing I wanted them to add lettuce they barely put any on and it looks like they drizzle grease all over it. Honestly, I’m not gonna eat it because I don’t trust these people. It was supposed to be a sweet and spicy burger with added lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles With buns toasted on both sides this is easily the worst burger I have ever received from the franchise and they forgot my bacon
