Service was great. Food quality has been going downhill for awhile now. Broccoli was made right, but asparagus was weepy and had a strong burnt flavor. Salmon had a catfish flavor. My sister’s loaded potato soup had separated? (Part of the broth was watery and the rest globs/ stands of something thicker). Disappointing.

Stopped in O’Charley’s restaurant in Richmond. A few patrons scattered about. We were seated in Tiffany’s section. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken which came with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli. My husband ordered the chicken tenders meal which came with Mac and cheese and grilled asparagus. It took quite a while for our food to be prepared. The yeast rolls were HOT AND FRESH. The best part of the dinner! Tiffany ate her food in another section of dining room while we waited and waited. Another server brought our food out. Chicken and sweet potatoes were hot. The chicken was drizzled with honey. They had placed a napkin under sweet potato dish.. which soaked up honey. Broccoli was COLD!! Would I order again. NO!! My husband’s chicken tenders and asparagus were good! Mac and cheese was COLD!!! Tiffany never ask about our meals at all. Lot of good places to eat in Richmond… O’Charley’s you can do better!!

We stopped here for a quick lunch. My friend and I both ordered the loaded potato soup and he got a salad and I got the BLTE a spin on the BLT because it also has a egg on it. Our server was nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. When we got our soup I began stirring mine when I noticed it stayed piled up in the middle but was jiggling like jello. I’ve had their soup before but none that jiggled. I tasted it and it was cold. We told our server and he apologized and took the soup back. He brought us two more bowls and told us these were “piping hot”. He said they had just changed the bag when he got the first bowls and it hadn’t got heated yet. He assured us the 2nd ones were hot. They were barely warm. I mean barely. They weren’t warm enough to steam. I don’t blame the server. He said it was his third day

I love this place! Delicious food and good service always!! It sometimes takes a while for the food to come out or to get service due to the short staffing issues that most places are having due to COVID-19 but they some how make it work out anyways. Thank you for the wonderful service and the best catfish lol I really love the catfish here it’s not overly battered like some places do. It’s seasoned perfectly as well! Bur we come here a lot as a family and never have issues getting seated so that’s a plus as well.

Place had a weird chemical smell, bartender recommended we get margaritas and they had a comically small amount of tequila, maybe a quarter of a shot split between two pint size drinks. Disgustingly sweet. Food very sub-par, rolls were so hard that we threw them at the table and they bounced. Terribly understaffed. Won’t be back.

First they brought out a steak with paper/plastic cooked into it, then they brought out literal raw meat. My compensation was a 20 dollars off a 60 dollar ticket.
