Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I just visited this new Whataburger and was really disappointed. I ordered a few meals with a large and a medium fry and both were barely half full, and the fries were clearly old and stale. For a brand-new location, I expected way better quality and attention to orders. If I’m paying full price, I shouldn’t be getting leftover fries that look like they’ve been sitting out. This place definitely needs lots of improvement.

Every option in the lobby soda machine tasted off like the machine was broken or they hadn’t changed the syrup on any of them in days.

What a disappointment! I’ve tried this store several times and it’s just not good. Too many choices for good food and Whataburger has changed. I’m out.

This particular location is new, and i’ve been there three times. 2 of.the 3 times my order was incorrect or cold. My most recent visit was much better! The staff has been very friendly and polite. I hope that they just need to work out some of the kinks because the location is perfect for a quick trip when I don’t want to go far from the house.

Worst Whataburger location I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone 4 times since the location has opened.
I was chastised for placing two separate orders on the first occasion. Food came out wrong and fries were old.
Second time the food came out wrong.
Third and fourth time the food was not only wrong but I was missing entire combos from my order.
Fool me once shame on me,

Will not be returning.

Why oh why did we open a second location for it to be THIS bad. Tonight was our 4th time and we waited for a lonnnnnnng time for 3 burgers – no chicken. And no one was there. It was LIGHT traffic. Seriously need training or something.
