The food was really tasty but…. I ordered a BLT with NO tomatoes. What did I get? Tomatoes but no bacon. How do you mess up something so simple? I included a copy of my receipt showing what I order just so there is no confusion. Plus I gave a 20% tip. Very disappointed.

Great food and it wasn’t too crowded when we got there at 11:30. The place gets busy around lunch time. I had a scoop of Fancy Nancy with 2 sides of broccoli salad and Mac and cheese. Delicious!! Service was quick.

We have been a fan of Chicken Salad Chick (CSC) soon after it opened new, 6? years ago.
I noticed the guys at work eating it one day on their lunch break years back and asked what it was? When they said that it was food from CHICKEN SALAD CHICK, I responded with, “Never been a fan of Chicken Salad!” However, they all jumped in explaining it was, “Not your normal Chicken Salad of the past, and I should give it a try sometime, as I would LOVE it!”
Sure enough, almost 6 years later, my husband and I are still loving it and very much hooked; eating there at least once per week! Olivia’s Old South is my favorite go-to! It is SO yum!!! My husband likes the spicy ones and orders a different one each time we go.
Their homemade Strawberry Lemonade is SO delicious; so fresh and satisfying!!!!

It is a BUSY location, with long lines that move quickly, with wonderful employees like Zach on-board, who really puts their heart and soul into it.
CSC introduced a yummy white cake a short while back! It is just SO delish!!!!!!
Their restaurants (and restrooms) are very clean!

Excellent location, excellent customer service. We came here for a quick stop. Chicken Salad Chick is one of my all time favorites. I was greeted by Fanan at the counter. She was super patient with our questions, super friendly and even offered my husband if he wanted to sample one of the flavors. The rest of the staff were also friendly. The food … AMAZING and delicately prepared. We will be returning to this location often. What a difference in quality, friendliness, cleanliness and taste.

Still just great experience after great experience, even with delivery. I haven’t eaten much in the past few days due to mental health and poor restaurant experiences so I ordered a hefty amount today- a full Fancy Nancy sandwich on toasted white bread with lettuce and a bowl of loaded baked potato soup. The soup was really hot when I got it, to the point I saw steam and had to blow on it! The sandwich was still a little cold for the salad portion which was perfect. We’ve learned that the pickles are a no go and have a weird texture, but everything else including the free cookie is wonderful. This has become a personal favorite of mine since Arbys doesn’t sell their version of this all year and no soup, it’s the perfect lunch time option for something light but filling.

VERY pleasantly surprised by this place! Was in a mad hurry after the gym, so stopped in and didn’t know what to expect. The decor is very charming, and the food options are fantastic! Service was crazy fast and I even got this adorable little iced cookie with my meal! I had the jalapeno chicken salad on a croissant with jalapeno chips. Everything was fresh and light and delicious. Very highly recommend!

Love the Jalapeno Holly on croissant, on crackers, wheat bread. Have gone eaten in 3 times, picked up dozen times at least. Best sides broccoli soup, fresh fruit, Mac n cheese, pasta salad, great pickle *I don’t like pickles* love theirs. Must have chicken Torilla Soup n Poblano chicken soup. Sides container of jalapeno holly. Loaded Potato Soup is very good. I love the flavor and heat of the spicy soups. Friends have gone with me and/or picked up and we had in the garden or on patio. Love love the mineral water. Highly recommend. My apologies for not posting pictures. This is one place I am all about eating. Pictures are not a thought. All is served hot if you order a grilled sandwich , soup. Presentation is very nice, clean . It’s about the food, service, atsomphere. Bathroom always clean. If you haven’t tried them out. Do so. They have a very good half sandwich deal too. A cookie is always given with your meal. Stop debating n go tantalize your taste buds, wake them up 100%. Now I am craving Jalapeno Holly on Croissant, Poblano Chicken Sandwich. Few other items and extra container of Jalapeno Holly. They are closed on Sundays ! I must have on hand just in case I am wanting Jalapeno Holly. Have a wonderfully Blessed Day.
