Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I recently visited Whataburger in Allen and had an awesome experience! Michael was working and he took our order with such kindness and helpfulness. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean, which made our time there even better. I especially love the convenience of having two lanes to order, although the drive-through can sometimes be a bit slow. However, knowing that they make the food fresh, I completely understand why. The only downside was that it can get pretty noisy and rowdy inside the restaurant, but that’s expected since they’re open 24 hours and get all kinds of people in there. Overall, I highly recommend Whataburger in Allen for their great food and friendly service.

I always end up at Whataburger around midnight. Tonight I was volunteering the Allen football game, and it has been so hot outside. I wanted to write this review because the nighttime crew at the Allen Stacy and Exchange location are absolutely fantastic. The food is always exactly right the fries or onion rings are always perfectly crisp and hot and my burger is always exactly the way I ordered it. They are fast efficient and always polite. I could not be more pleased. I really really appreciate how hard everybody works to get everything just right and I just wanted to say what a great job they do. Thank you night time crew at Whataburger in Allen for taking good care of me at midnight!

This is by far the most well run Whataburger that I have been to in my life. The food is always made properly and is served promptly. One of the employees whose name is Will is very professional and helpful and says everything a customer wants to hear. Whatever he’s being paid is not enough. All the employees who work there display a good attitude and it really makes you want to come back to this location. To the manager of this establishment, very well done.

Double drive thru that is so confusing p Ty to use. Customers arguing which lane to stay in. Slow slow slow service but you pay most expensive price for burgers No point in complaining. Whataburger doesn’t care anymore.

The fastest Whataburger I have ever been to. The manager is working his tail off and at the same time giving instructions to the crew. No one standing around. Usually I can debate 2/3 of my life while I wait for my food at Whataburger. But this one was amazingly quick. Kudos to the manager

I am very disappointed with this location. After I had ordered and paid for my items I was immediately told that they were out of ingredients. It wasn’t after a few minutes and realizing they were out but that they knew, let me pay and then told me. I was then forced into a substitute that I was unenthuziastic about. Not to mention the extremely slow window worker. It felt like he was in slow motion while at work. Overall, pretty disappointed.

I went late at night to get a small meal, the line was long and I saw other people going to the secondary line. When I went myself, the worker whispered “order when you’re ready”, I began my order and paused to get confirmation. The worker did not respond. I sat there for another 10-15 minutes, asking repeatedly for clarification on what was happening. He never responded even though I could hear breathing through the other end of the microphone. Me and 3 other customers ended up leaving. Bad for business I’d say.
