TopGolf Webster absolutely knocked it out of the park for our Agency 8 Recruiting Holiday Par-tee! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded every expectation.
The event space was perfect, the food and drinks were great, and the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming for our entire team. Most importantly, the service was outstanding — the staff was attentive, friendly, and truly focused on making sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy the night.
A special shout-out to Temika, the Sales Account Manager, who was exceptionally wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience stress-free, and it showed the night of the event.

So this was my 1st time being at Top Golf Webster location and I must say it was pretty kool, facility was nice and clean the outdoor play view was really enjoyable, they also have Great Wolf Lodge right behind them so you see alot of guest with “wolf” ears! Food: 7 outta 10….Fun time: Priceless BUT we actually paid $50 bucks for a 90min play session for 2(drinks and food) not included in the price!

1-Star Review SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT
I come here often with my sons, and this experience was beyond disappointing. We reserved Bay 333 and were placed all the way at the end okay I guess fine, no problem. I paid nearly $200 expecting to enjoy quality time as a family. Instead, the entire experience felt rushed from the start. Before we could even request another hour, our waitress hurried us through everything. She was already mad smh. Then we were told our bay had been given away and that we needed to leave. No warning. No courtesy. No one not the first, second, or third staff member!!! informed us that our time was expiring or that the bay was being reassigned. Although it gave us 120 min to begin with. I chosed 60 mins.
To make matters worse, the food was cold, and the manager’s solution was to “go chill by the fire and play pool downstairs. That’s not what we paid for. We came to play in our reserved bay.
When I asked about moving to the bay next to us, I was told the machine didn’t work. Lied again.Minutes later, after we paid and were leaving, another couple was placed there and started playing lol. That was incredibly frustrating and felt dishonest.
The whole interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Families spend their hard working money here to enjoy time together not to be rushed out and treated like an inconvenience.
Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and their time. INSANE!!!!

Great semi-outdoor place to watch the NFL playoffs. Exciting atmosphere in the 3rd floor bar area. Great place to have a burger and watch the game. Friendly place. Awesome food selection too. Try a burger and tater tots with habanero dipping sauce.

It was an amazing experience. Th server was good as well and he helped us with any questions we had but the moment we wanted to play pool we were told that you have to sign in the front. I went downstairs to check if one was empty so there was one empty but they didn’t have the ball to play. We waited for 30 minutes for the other people in the pool table just to be taken by other people ( it was a guy and his girl ) we got robbed lwk annoyed by the system

Its a fun experience. Plenty of games. Food was decent. Serve alcohol if thats your thing. It can easily be fun time with the family. Staff was friendly and the service was pretty good. Would go back for sure.

Very disappointing experience. Our server Shaquita H was rude from the start, gave us dirty water cups, and made my drink incorrectly but insisted it was fine until a manager fixed it. She ignored our table of nine while being noticeably attentive to other bays. As a Hispanic group, we felt treated differently. To top it off, she loudly questioned whether we had paid while we were paying through the app. Completely unprofessional.

Great fun! Fast service and good food. Its worth going on half off days. Weekend prices can be expensive. Was able to pay a deposit and reserve a lane beforehand.

The food took a long time to arrive, and when they finally brought the burger, the fries were completely cold, and everything was expensive; it’s not worth it.
Some of the waitresses are super rude.
The patio on the third floor is super spacious, there was no one sitting outside, and yet they didn’t allow smoking, and they don’t have a smoking area at all – not inclusive at all.
Would I go again? Definitely Not.

I’ve never been to a Top Golf but I went to just take some pictures of my dad and son. They had a blast! The games (Captain America, Angry Birds, Sonic the Hedgehog to name a few) were AWESOME FUN! The “bay service attendant” was friendly, attentive and quick! My 16yr old boy loved it as well as my 76yr old dad! I don’t golf but I’d go here and surely have a GREAT time! The place was clean and inviting. The staff was extremely helpful. The prices were very reasonable. Only part my dad didn’t like was that his grandson beat him! 😉
Totally recommend this place to friends and family for sure!
