Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I stopped in for a quick bite for lunch, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Fries were hot and fresh, burger was juicy and delicious, bacon was cooked to perfection, and the staff was very polite. Food was delivered to my table in timely fashion, and it was an all around pleasant experience! Inside and out was very clean. I recommend this location if you’re looking for something tasty and fast that won’t break the bank.

The staff was very friendly. They came by the table to check on us twice while eating and asked if the food was good. Not many fast food places do that. The employees are all nice and courteous. The manager? went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our visit. The food came out fast, hit, and correct. This place has turned around!

The ordering kiosk is a mess and needs to be fixed. On there, said kiosk lists sauces for $0.40 each but the receipt doesn’t correlate with said price. Instead rings up each sauce for $1.20.
Manager was gracious enough to explain it to us and offer to take sauces off if we didn’t want them and said another group brought the issue to his attention as well.
Burgers were mid, very dry and just lacking in flavor. Fries and sauces were okay. Dr Pepper blackberry malt was actually pretty good!
All in all will probably not be back as it’s not my cup of tea, and please get your kiosk fixed.

Love love our new Whataburger, food is fresh, service excellent , restaurant is brand new. Had breakfast this day and it was super delish, you need to try their breakfast bowl. Base is biscuit and gravy, egg, cheese, hash browns, and a big sausage on top.
