Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Had breakfast. Food was 4.5 stars for a Whataburger. Employees helpful and friendly with the few questions I had. Overall 4⭐ experience. No tea in lobby. No napkins. No salt. Employees gave me napkins and a small amount of salt in a container, they must have been out of packets. Prices seem more expensive then other Whataburgers in Tulsa / BA. Was not happy I would have had to pay an extra .50 in app if I wanted a 50/50 unsweet/sweet tea mix. Opted for unsweet instead. Then no tea in lobby for refill, didn’t feel like tracking an employee down before I left.

If I’m in the area again I’d be willing to try them again to see how their lunch/dinner is during a busy time.

This location was great when they 1st opened, but we’ve had issues the last several times we went. Recently, it was excessive wait times, but more recently, it’s been food quality. I understand inflation and why restaurants have to raise prices, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t still put some effort into what you are serving people. Your food isn’t cheap, but the quality is. The burger I got today was definitely sub-par. We both know you could do better.

Service was immaculate, place was clean and quiet. Food was okay. I had a regular cheese burger a #1 to be exact. It had big chunks of the ends of the lettuce and if im being honest it was a little on the dry side for me. Either way both issues were easily fixed. This also was my first time eating at Whataburger and so I will be going back. Thank you

We’ve been eagerly awaiting a second Whataburger location in Broken Arrow, and now that it’s been open for a few months, we’ve made a handful of visits. Overall, it’s been good, but there are a couple of things that need improvement.

We’ve noticed that the burger toppings and condiments aren’t always correct with our orders. Always double check. One visit, we were there late at night with only one car in front of us and it still took longer than expected for just a burger and fries to be ready.

That said, when the food is correct, it’s been delicious, and it’s definitely a great addition to south Broken Arrow! Looking forward to seeing improvements in service and order accuracy.

The drive-thru lanes are nice and wide and there is lots of room for growth and traffic in the area.

Every time I come to this specific store I have a bad experience. Then I wait a couple weeks and decide I’ll go back because SURELY it can only be better. Nope. If I’m not waiting 20-40 minutes for 1 meal with a fountain drink then the food quality is terrible. And almost every employee I’ve come across has an attitude. I’ve been holding off on making a review but I’ll only be going to 71st & county line from now on. Today, while I did wait less than 5 minutes for shakes and fries, both shakes are only strawberry on the top, vanilla on the bottom 1/3 of the cup. And what is strawberry is completely lumpy and like a vanilla strawberry swirl not even properly mixed, tastes like strawberry syrup. You’d think some of these issues would be fixed with as long as this location has been opened.

Congratulations Whataburger and Welcome to South Broken Arrow!

The food was fresh and hot. The store is clean; the counter staff friendly. It appears to be a well-managed facility. The Original No 1 combo, a big burger loaded and properly dressed with L,T,P,O&M (no mayo and no ketchup.) It comes with a generous serving of fresh hot fries. The medium drink is as big as a large in most fast-food restaurants. My wife had the single Original No 1, I had the double. Hold the cheese on both. Fill that big drink cup with Dr Pepper and there you have the Texas state meal.

Updating review. Gave this store another shot and once again was let down, but even worse than times in the past. Very long wait time again. Not greeted and had to order on a machine. We waited 10mins asked what was wrong and the said waiting on biscuits. After 15 mins and needing to leave we asked again and they still were not ready. We were obviously upset and said we just wanted a refund. . The guy name Mitchell working there was mad about it and walked to the back and very rudely kept mouthing off multiple times that it was only 10 mins despite us having a receipt that stated 15 minutes. Like 10mins was better?? Come on. After the rude service we will never come back to this location.

Waited 10mins for a kids meal and 2 cinnamon rolls at 3 in afternoon and no one was there. The cinnamon rolls were freezing cold and we realized my daughter didn’t get a drink. Went up there and several employees just looked at us and didn’t do anything then manager walked by the doorway area to kitchen looked at us and said nothing and finally we had to yell hello several times for someone to help us. One of the employees had AirPod so I’m sure she couldn’t hear. This location always takes forever. I really want your store to succeed so hopefully things change soon.

Drove through the drive through waited about 10 minutes pulled up the the window and no one would walk up to us. Finally had to go inside to order took way too long for just a burger. It tasted old will not be returning

Extremely slow service. I work close by this place so I love coming in the food when you finally get it is always pretty decently good.

I came here Thursday morning to get breakfast and I had to wait 15 minutes to get the tater fries and the honey chicken biscuit sandwich – I was the only one in the line the entire time.

And then on Saturday, I came here to get lunch and had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for a burger and fries and there was only two of us in the parking lot.

And then today being Sunday, I came here again and I waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and then a kids chicken bites.

This place would be great if they could figure out their flow

This Whataburger has absolutely fantastic, professional and helpful staff. My wallet fell somewhere in my car and the staff was very patient with me and even offered to help me find it. The food too was fantastic, these are incredibly professional and kind hearted people. Whataburger has earned me as a regular lifetime customer!
