Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Awesome location. Food is always fresh, hot and served quickly. Staff is courteous, kind, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. This place is run like a well oiled machine. Staying at the extended stay America with no coffee so I walked down to this place asked if they have coffee the lady working said yes we do with a very positive and cheery attitude bought three coffees came out to 10.31 for two black coffee and one Carmel iced coffee all large she brewed the coffee fresh for us thank you for saving the day

I love it here. The food is great here, the service is nice, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I rarely had issues with my orders, and even when I do they are quickly fixed, and overall it’s a welcoming place here. Prices are my only concern, but beyond that, I would heavily recommend for any fast food enjoyer.

To save time- I’ll share what my experience was not. It was not friendly, was not cheap and most definitely was not fast. Same overall experience I have at fast food restaurant not named Chik-Fil-A.
Took 20 mins and cost me $15.49 for 1 combo meal. The sandwich had the tomato I clearly stated I was allergic to, 8 french fries (TOTAL) and a soft drink. There was no ketchup, napkins or straw in the bag. Way to go Whataburger

This review is about the owner of this place being very cheap. My wife and I went there about 6:30 PM and it was really cold inside. This was on 1/2/2026. I ask the employees only to find out they told me the owner/main manager control the heat from there cell phone so the employees can not turn the heat up or down it was very cold in there. I called Whataburger customer service as I was there having dinner. I hope the manger/owner reads this review and changes thing to make it a better place for there customers/employees if they don’t I will be getting hold of the city of Bartlesville and report this to them. No one should have to work in these conditions. The employees that work there was really nice and I hade no problems with them at all. To the Owner of this place stop being so cheap. When you go there to eat you want a arm and a leg for the food you are selling so make the place nice and warm inside so at least you can eat in comfort.

Fairly new Whataburger with ample parking. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The burger and fries were spot on delicious Whataburger. I like extra tomatoes, extra onions, and mayo. I wish they had fresh jalapenos instead of pickled which would make them even better. Recommend.

Came in at 5:40ish a.m. and ordered a Breakfast Burger(Dry, Sub Monetary), a SEC Buiscut and an order of hashbrowns. Assistant Manager that took my order input the cheese wrong but she was very nice she just wasnt able to locate the Sub Cheese. They had a large online order from what I could see, and plus I had to wait on biscuits which personally I don’t mind waiting. The food came out around 15-20 minutes later, The SEC Buiscut was fresh it was very good, but the Breakfast burger still had regular american, it was missing the egg and the bread was stale and the side order of hashbrowns were not fresh, this was unacceptable given the wait.
Jaci Posey had helped me when I returned to the counter and she was also very nice and understanding and promptly had the Breakfast Burger remade correctly, so no harm no foul, but any other customer who would of had to wait that long just for 90% of the order to be made incorrectly and subpar would not be as happy or patient. Customer service was very good, but whatever is happening with the food being prepared, and quality check needs work
