We have been to this Taco Bell location a handful of times. Our orders have always been accurate. The food is on par with other Taco Bells in my experience. I placed an order through the app for the first time recently and it went smoothly. There was no wait time to speak of and everything was fresh.

The food was cold and lettuce was wilted. I ordered a quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Asked staff to melt it and they stated the steamer was down. I would have ordered something else if they would have let me know.

Microwaved burritos taste better than the slop they sell at this place. Far and away the worst taco Bell in the state of Ohio. They always get your order wrong, and the last time they made us sick. My wife has a dairy allergy and I confirmed twice when placing my order we wanted no cheese. Got home and there was tons of nacho cheese in the crunchwrap. Please sell this place to new ownership. It’s taking up space in our town where there could be a decent fast food option.
