Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger restaurant.
I stopped while travelling with my family. We went in and were told we had to use the kiosk, despite there being employees at the counter taking orders.
We put in our order without issue. We ordered 2 whatameals, 2 junior meals, and 2 kids meals.
The time stamp on the ticket was 12:22.
At 12:52, a full 30 minutes later, we finally got our food. AFTER several people who came in behind us for dine in. Even at lunch, it shouldn’t take nearly that long at a “fast food” restaurant.
My wifes #13 chicken strips were barely warm and there was no gravy, even tho we ordered it. The FF were warm at best, and the large fries I paid for wound up being a small order in a large box. My wifes medium order had more fries in it than my large.
Our kids meals and jr meals had the burgers mixed up in the bags.
We will go somewhere else next time we travel thru OKC.

The restaurant is spotless!!
The staff was beyond friendly both visits.
The food was fresh and delicious.
It doesn’t even feel like fast food.

15-20 min wait on food orders. No conversation, no acknowledgement of us having to wait so long. No eye contact… Just… Well… nothing. Not a lot of joy in the dining room. After being up “the atmosphere seems a little grim, is there something we should know about?” The manager responded with a sneer and “No, we’re fine”. I think a vacation could do the group of employed a great deal of good. Jessie the new hire seemed like the only one with a smile. Great attitude. Keep it up. Photos were taken 15 min apart. After the first 15 min the gentleman checked his watch (1st photo)

Whataburger is the best! It has the best drinks! It is always clean the servers are always the kindest! Tara our server especially was so kind to us! Gael and Andrew were great management! Definitely recommend this whataburger!

If you order to go check your order before you leave. I usually do but was in a hurry today and didn’t. I ordered the pico burger, got back to work to eat it and there is nothing but cheese on the burger. No sauce, no pico. Very disappointed.

Went there for a quick bite, waited for an upwards of 15 minutes in the drive thru, which okay, its fine, i understand because i work in fast food. What’s NOT fine is that when i got my drinks, they were COMPLETELY flat, im talking sitting in the car for 24 hours kind of flat with 3 ice cubes tossed in. No acknowledgment from expo, took my payment and left me until food was ready. When I got home (I got 3 kids meals only, which usually come with cookies, which i had also specified) there were zero cookies and zero napkins in any of my 3 KIDS meals. listen I can be reasonable when it comes to fast food because I understand, but this? Unacceptable. When I tried to call the place afterwards, nobody picked up whatsoever.

Very bad experience here. Two of my friends ordered chicken strips and both of them came out uncooked as you can see in these pictures. The lady we spoke with at the desk had an attitude, not wanting to give us a refund at first. Finally we received our refund after continuously telling her no we do not want a replacement. Make sure you check your food before eating here.

I love the Whataburger menu. The food is second to none. However, this location is slow. I have been here twice in the summer/fall of 2023 and the wait time for my order was over 20 minutes each time. They were not overly busy either. I suggest driving to the next closest location. You will still save time and have your food sooner.

Food cold!!! Chicken tenders, had to wait 45 minutes-hour for food. Which I had to go inside to after waiting in drive thru for 4 minutes. In lane B . No one came to acknowledge me for 20 minutes then finally collected money and never came back. I saw cashier give my food to another customer! She never came back to bring correct order!!’ I had to go inside. Chicken tenders cold!!! Fries hot because ordered with no salt!!! I confronted her about giving my food to another customer she stated” I couldn’t take food back” I know that’s true but she never returned to me with any kind of apology!!’ She was rude and unconcerned!!! I strongly suggest no one eat at this restaurant!!! I will report this !!!! This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!!!

Prices were higher than advertised. They were over charging me on the Patty Melts I ordered. When I told them at the drive up they weren’t very nice even though I took a picture of the menu and showed them. They told me it was marked wrong and they can’t do anything about it. I ended up leaving and won’t go back.
