Well I’ve been adventure motorcycle trekker vacationing now since 2023. And whattaburger has been my morning stops for their biscuits and gravy and hash browns and small coffee. So having just arrived in OKC ok once again I was looking forward to this treat as other states I’ve come in from don’t have whattaburgers the first morning walk up to the drive in as usual any whattaburger no problems, yay. But the next morning had that guy window service me with what part about no don’t I understand . Siting safety reasons to hide his cruel demeanor. Saying no vehicle no service. I think that guy with the glasses like a nineteen fifties buddy holly should be unemployed go work for that other guy place cause whattaburger and it patrons don’t play that. And until then imma avoid this location whattaburger cause who wants face the day or anytime of it with that guy you might walk inside and act a fool cause how that guy wants treat individuals. Service with a smile buddy and a welcome back cause of patrons such as you people have a job have a business still operating not only for its great breakfasts but that whattaburger employees to customer family attention to details.

Just went thru and ordered 2 #2s around 645am and they were fresh and delicious. The customer service was unlike any xp I’ve ever had at a Whataburger tbh. I had an awesome experience at the Whataburger drive-thru thanks to one of the employees, Austin. From the moment he greeted us over the speaker, he was upbeat, polite, and super friendly — which honestly made our night!
Austin made sure our order was taken correctly and even repeated it back to double-check everything. When we pulled up to the window, he greeted us with a big smile and had our drinks and food ready right on time. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it — no mix-ups, no delays, just great service.
You could tell Austin really takes pride in his job and cares about giving customers a good experience. He turned what’s usually just a quick fast-food stop into something genuinely enjoyable.
Huge thanks to Austin for his awesome attitude and attention to detail — people like him make Whataburger stand out!

I wish I could give it a ZERO ALL THE WAY AROUND. Got our food and the food was all wrong the burgers were rotten but the fries were hot. So I look at the receipt and it says it’s from 22 hours ago! Midnight last night. So they have the audacity to put warm fries with rotten burgers and ice in the warm drinks that had been sitting there all night. I’m pregnant so I could have gotten extremely sick if I ate this. I’m so glad I didn’t. Terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves. Karma will do its justice.

I’ve never had a Whataburger before and my friend was going on and in about it so we went to this location. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and I wasn’t happy about that. However, if it’s as good as they say I didn’t mind. When we finally got our food the onion rings were cold and the burger was eh. So won’t be going to another one anytime soon

There were so many cars in the drive through that we had to just like sit there and wait for someone to come out of the door for us to ask for our food not y’all’s fault obviously but I am still upset about the timing it took to get my food because of the amount of customers ahead of me. Also it was like 3 in the morning so I understand all circumstances that led to the lateness of my food thank you

Ordered a patty melt, lobby was closed but let me come in anyways because my work truck is too big. The patty melt was supposed to have jalapeños and of course onions come on it. Well opened up the sandwich and there’s 3 jalepenos, and 2 onions. Plus the sandwich is very cold so were the fries
