Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The staff did great with maintain customer service professionalism dealing with several orders with minimal staffing. The company is celebrating 75 years and has 6 collectors cups available. Very spacious sharing strip mall space with chipotle. The drive thru is around the back. It took awhile, but I was not in a rush compared to some other customers. Very spacious interior, however, the sofa machine was offset with the mix on all the sodas. Sweet tea was the saving grace. Plenty of parking.

Went through the drive thru. Waited 40 minutes in line to receive the worst tasting food I have ever experienced at a Whataburger restaurant. Tried to order 2 biscuits, 2 hashbrowns, and 2 diet cokes. Apparently that was to difficult for someone to understand as I had to repeat 3 different times. They never repeated my order to ensure that they had it correct and got to the window and waited an additional 10 minutes. Marcus was the only helpful employee there. I did not get one of my hashbrowns and asked to get the other one and was told that I did not order 2 hashbrowns. The biscuits crumbled when bitten into and all fell apart. There is more to the story and I would like the GM to reach out to me so I can explain in full. Thank you.

This Whataburger is hit or miss…On good days, you can’t find a better fast food burger, however, when expecting an awesome burger the next time, you might get a hockey puck instead…It’s obvious that this place has a mixture of employees that care and know how to provide an excellent product, while the others just flat out WON’T because they’re lazy and don’t care. If you have time to complain or review, do it….maybe that will squeeze out the pitiful employees leaving only the good ones!!!

Nicole was working the drive thru on a late night and gave us the best customer service. She made us laugh and recommended some options to help our order. Not only was the service quick but fresh. Been to a lot of what’s burgers but tonight’s experience made me happy to have such a wonderful worker there. Make sure she gets a raise!

Didn’t get what I ordered and paid for. Cashier went back to kitchen and lady said too bad. Cashier was cleaning trays with gloves on dripping with cleaner. Said it was his fault and went in kitchen, picked up cheese with same gloves and handed it to me. There was about 4 others in dining room.
