Changing my rating from 5 to 1 star. Since opening and operating for some time now, service has declined dramatically. Dont bother ordering ahead via online or mobile app, you won’t be serviced unless you enter the building yourself. I waited for 10 minutes past my estimated wait time, only with drive-through customers continually served. When i finally went inside, i found my order was ready, sitting in a warming box, though when i asked how long it had been sitting, noone would answer me. Horrible service from an otherwise good place to eat.

Reading the fair to bad reviews. And knowing the way magnolia operates. Im shocked at what some people are saying good about this place. Lol. It started off going in the right direction. But like most new restaurants in magtown its ben steadily and slowly been turning the corner. Going in the wrong direction. And making a name for itself. I bet that will be an empty & up for sale building within 2 years. Lol. I wonder if they have affected or slowed down McDonald’s, Burger King, Andy’s, DQ, the sonic, and Wendy’s. Flying Burgers and Wade’s i bet isn’t very concerned. But who knows, whataburger might shock & surprise us all. Whataburger might rewrite the rulebook.
