Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Extremely well run store! The Manager Jen was very professional and ON POINT. Everyone looked like they were having a good time working together and you could see the chemistry because everything flowed so smoothly. The food was amazing as well. I got my specialty like always. The Patty Melt, with bacon, grilled jalapeños and extra creamy pepper sauce. It was great! I will make it my point to visit this location every time I am in the Shreveport area.

I stopped by Whataburger and honestly had a really good experience. The burger was fresh, hot, and had that classic Whataburger taste that always hits the spot. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted, which made the meal even better. The staff was friendly and my order came out pretty quick, even though it looked a little busy. The restaurant was clean and the overall vibe was relaxed. Definitely a solid place to stop if you’re craving a good burger in Bossier City. ⭐

I go ti this location several times a month. This evening was the worst ever. The fries and onion rings taste like they were cooled in old grease. Normally the food and service is OK, but tonight they dropped the ball. Then I has to remind them of my shakes. Hope they do better in the future or I will just go to Griffs.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had to practically beg for ketchup, and napkins you can go to any other whataburger around the area and have what you need, just go on and go to different location, the staff is nice but apparently management thinks there gonna save the world with hoarding ketchup

Lady that took our order was rude…got order wrong. Don’t ever go here I took my order in to get fixed they lied to me and said there wasn’t supposed to be much sausage in the burrito I used to work at Whataburger in Texas and this is not what it was supposed to look like. Service was terrible love how the manager on shift wanted to lie to me and tell me oh it just gets mixed up when cooking.(there was one or two small pieces of sausage like they took most of the sausage out)

The new chicken sandwich was delicious. Whataburger with cheese and all the fixings OMG delicious. Employee (Denashia) was professional and courteous to my party. A busload of college volleyball players arrived and all was great.

Food was cold, was only given half a side of fries, the chocolate shake I ordered was plain vanilla with 1/4 inch of chocolate on top to make it look correct through the lid. Wasn’t given straws either.
