Whoever the night manager is needs to get onto these people having fun instead of making the food right. They are laughing with eachother with the microphone on while Im in the drive through. Then my two sides of chicken literally has four pieces in each, then the food has meat on ONE SIDE! And its cold. Are we serious?!

I don’t leave many reviews, but after tonight I definitely feel like I have to because of how awesome the service was. My partner and I always order through the app and have our meal delivered since we don’t own a car at the moment. I always order from this Taco Bell since I always had a great experience coming/ordering here even when I used to live in Lake City several years ago and would drive out to this Taco Bell for the better experience from the one closest to me. I was a fan of this Taco Bell already, but now I am a life long fan.
The story was: my order was swapped with another Jesse that ordered through GrubHub and mine through DoorDash. I realized when I was starting to unpack the bag when I got into my place and noticed the different items. Ended up calling the Taco Bell and spoke with Angel who let me know they would remake the order and get in contact with DoorDash to get another driver out to our place for the order. They were so nice to talk to and gave me a call back once DoorDash confirmed a new driver was on the way to pick up the order. The personal message we got in our order was icing on the cake for the night. I was just hoping to get my order remade and wait a bit longer for my order, but Angel and the team at this Taco Bell went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Also thank you for the extra little goodies as well!

I love this taco bell so much. Food is always fresh and hot. They actually fill their crunch wraps (other locations give me a flat empty one). The people at the drive through are always so friendly no matter what time of day. Obviously location wise isnt the best but aurora is just aurora sometimes I will drive further just to go to this location instead of the one closest to me.

I am not sure what the gentleman’s name is working the drive thru 20 mins ago but he is an awesome guy. His customer service and hard work is above and beyond. He even mentioned how he was staying way later to help out his coworkers. I hope his hard work is seen and valued. It’s hard to find good employees these days if not rare. Every time I place a DoorDash pickup order I have to wait for over 10 minutes just to be helped at their walk up window and then usually another 20 minutes to actually get my order, even if I placed it 30 minutes in advance. They seem to only care about people that have vehicles and are in the drive through and don’t care at all about people on foot who are forced to wait outside in the cold
