It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I always order online, sometimes, they forget to add my stuff, but as soon as I talk to them about it, they fix the order. The manager is great, last week their shake machine broke and she refunded me my $. Although, it was an online order. The wait can be long, but ordering online, I never had any issues. Employees are very pleasant and hard working!

I was on the line, placed order and after us were 2 big groups. Somehow they got their food first . It feels more like a teenagers hangout place, all workers just hanging out, the front, the dining room. It doesn’t look organized by management. Service is super slow, it’s a fast food, you shouldn’t be waiting for a burger like 20 minutes

I went through the drive-thru at night, and while the inside lane had five cars waiting, the outside lane had two. I went to the outside lane, and it took 41 minutes to order and get my food while the inside lane was steadily moving cars past the window. I actually fell asleep waiting to get my order.
