This is the second time that we have been to this location. The first time our donuts tasted old and were not good. I thought it was just the day or the timing and didn’t think much about it. I usually buy from other locations because I’m not always in this area and I know there are great donuts out there. Shipleys in other locations has always been a good donut place throughout the years so we know what to expect. We decided to give it another chance this morning. Waited in a fairly long line for quite some time for the drive-through and we were thinking surely the donuts will be fresh this time because of how many people are here on a Sunday. The donuts were again, old, slimy and were just terrible. Everyone knows that 1- 2 day old donut taste. I never take the time to post reviews, but hopefully the owner will see that multiple people are saying that the donuts are stale and old tasting, and the donuts are insanely priced. When people spend their money these days, they expect quality. We will not be back.

Seemed like a slow day for the bakery. Kinda felt rushed through the purchasing process and the Oreo styled donuts weren’t the best donuts I’ve ever had. Kinda, half-assed with little to no toppings… More like a vanilla frosted donut instead. Donut itself was pretty good otherwise.

Shipley’s Do-Nuts is our go to donut spot!! I cannot beat the fast service and super friendly staff! The donuts are always FRESH, the kolaches are amazing, and the iced coffee is top notch. Highly recommend this place!!

Online ordering
Placed an order on March 17th Friday, Only to get to the store in Flowood Ms to find out you do not take online orders. Why is there Online ordering if you cannot use it. Called the store twice no one answered, and why didn’t someone call or email and tell us that you would not have these donuts. This is very disappointing to find out after a long day of work driving 30 minutes out of the way to find out you don’t even have the order ready, neither did you have the selection of donuts we chose. The online ordering system should not even be active if you do not take online orders.
Update: The donuts were old, not fresh, and stale. When I pay this much money for donuts I expect them to be fresh. I would like a full refund.

Very friendly staff and quick service, even during my ‘high traffic’ stop on Sunday morning. Only needed four donuts but was convinced by the cashier to round up to a half dozen for a few cents more… great salesmanship! Inside was very clean, much more modern than my usual store. Lots of space to sit down and enjoy your food. Not often this far south so I’ll take Shipley’s whenever I can get it, and this was above the rest.

Glad that they have a Shipley’ donut on this side of town now. I’m not huge on sweets so I usually get their kolaches and occasionally but very rarely get donuts. Their kolaches is better than most of the places I’ve had around here.
Their dozen glazed are about $7.50 – $8. Anything other than that, it’s considered a specialty donut and will cost you double the price and more for a dozen. Kind of a ridiculous price for donuts. I’m not going to pay $20 for a dozen donuts, never have in my life and never will.

I placed an order on June 9 for $118 worth of donuts. I ordered glazed and then a mixture of other types of donuts. I was to pick them up around 3 today. When I went to get my order it wasn’t even packed up which would’ve been ok if they would have had all the types I ordered. About half of the mixture of donuts had to be replaced with other types. I don’t understand why I had to order and pay in advance if they were not only not ready but they didn’t even have all I ordered.

I have been multiple Shipley locations and visited this one for the first time and was VERY disappointed!! The breakfast sandwich was okay, but the donut holes and cinnamon rolls weren’t fresh at all at 7:00 am! It seems like they had been refrigerated or frozen and taken out to serve customers! They had a weird, stale taste!
