Wow! The food was amazing, but the customer service took it to the next level—20/10. We stopped in for an early lunch while traveling through, and Ryan, who took our order, gave us some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The manager, Shane, was just as wonderful—approachable and clearly a great leader. You can tell this team works well together. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Whataburger should be incredibly proud of this crew!

Whataburger after a long day of running errands and driving across the countryside. The food really hit the spot. I had the Southern Style burger and the wide did as well, substituting grilled chicken. They both tasted excellent! The people were also very friendly an helpful taking our order.
Only downsides were the chicken had a firm outer part that was too tough for my wife to chew. She had to pull that off to eat her sandwich. Also, we were rang up for 4 sauces, and charged for one extra, but we only received 3. The dining area was clean, I’d say very well maintained for a post-dinner hour rush.
Overall giving 4 stars due to the food and condiment issues however, I thought this was one of the better fast food experiences in the area.

Now I see why they have a 3.8 rating. Horrible customer service. When I called to let them know that once again they gave me a chocolate shake instead of a malt & told them that I was literally sitting at the gas pump at QuikTrip, where I just threw away my receipt for my purchase & that I still have the almost completely full shake, my debit card that was used for the purchase, as well as a online card statement showing the date & amount of my purchase at Whataburger, they told me that if I wanted my $6 malt replaced then I would need to retrieve my receipt out of the outside trash can at QuikTrip. I am sitting at the gas pump writing this review, trying to get up the nerve to completely embarrass myself, because the receipt is, of course, at the bottom of the trash can. Therefore, I can’t just reach in & grab it. I literally have to go inside & ask a worker to open up the trash receptacle so I can reach all the way in & look like a low life to retrieve my receipt. Some would say it’s not worth it & quite honestly, I’d have to agree. Only problem with that is I live paycheck to paycheck & not only can I not afford to buy another one, but that was my special treat for the week after bills were paid & responsibilities taken care of. A yummy chocolate malt. I want to cry at the fact that I have to go inside & humiliate myself. And yes, I explained to the Whataburger MANAGER, Jen, (yes, I made sure I was speaking to the manager on duty) the severity of embarrassment that I was going to have to go through in order to accomplish this. Her response. “I’m sorry ma’am, that’s company policy. I don’t have to say where they can stick their company policy or should I say the individual that trained the employees in customer service issues & proper resolutions.
I posted a picture of the bag in the trash can so the manager can see I wasn’t lying, because I can’t fathom any other reason, besides, that she would feel this is an acceptable customer service solution. One of those grabbers would be great about now because I can almost reach it. Of course, my arms are barely not long enough. Of course.
Thanks Jen for the public humiliation because you screwed up my order & gave me a chocolate shake instead of a malt, FOR THE 2ND TIME.

We waited 15 minutes for our food to be brought to our table. We were seated 10 minutes and a family of 9 people came in and ordered. Our food finally shows up after 15 minutes, then 1 minute later the 9 people order was brought out. Almost like they made our food while making the 9 people orders. Not sure if they were taking care of the drive thru instead of us, but way to long for fast food. I won’t be going back to this location.

Great burger and chicken wing. Very tasty. The interior space is comfy. Parking is limited with location on a busy street. Service could be better. The staff was not too attentive, preparation slow with problems with equipment. Hopefully the service will improve.

This Whataburger has changed my life. It was so nice getting my favorite burger in Missouri. Service was good bathroom was clean. Wish they would come to Virginia. My favorite burger ever.

The burgers here may be somewhat better than McD’s, but W-Burger definitely doesn’t have their drive-through experience as optimized as the Golden Arches. Every one of the handful of times I’ve been here, it’s been a 15-minute proposition, which just doesn’t cut it for drive-through. I also find their typically prepped burgers to be too mustardy, so have learned to ask them to go easy on the French’s.

I love this place to go get great burgers this place sells fresh food I never have to take my food back because these people know what to do and how to get it right I’ve never had a cold french fry here I’ve always had hot food their burgers are pretty freaking big and I got a double with everything on it and it was humongous I first found out about this place in Texas now we have them in Kansas City Missouri can I go to the one out in Blue springs Missouri and I’ve never been this satisfied this place always satisfies my appetite and the customer service and management is wonderful actually phenomenal
