Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I went to the Drive thru and ordered a whataburger with no cheese and a sweet and heat bacon burger, once I got to the window I sat there for about 8 minutes waiting and watching my order of food and shake just sit in the window before the girl at the drive thru finally opened the window to take my card, it was no sorry for the wait!!! Nothing! Some people are not taught proper etiquette or just simple good customer service.

Delicious breakfast, fast friendly service, hot and fresh. I enjoyed my Taquito with sausage and cheese. My husband enjoyed his breakfast on a bun with bacon. We wanted a quick bite to eat before shopping and decided to try this location. I am glad we chose this restaurant. We really enjoyed our meal.

The manager overnight at 10:35 on August 1. I believe her name is Amber. A white lady with a light grey shirt. She refused to to let my baby add lettuce to her burger. She was with me on a dine in order. I ordered my own food. And she asked for lettuce on her kids burger and the manager refused because she said “adults get the kids burger and ask to add lettuce”. My child was with me and it was a dine order. She wanted my daughter to get an adult meal and add her cookie. My child is only 3. And she asked me” why the lady said I cannot have lettuce mommy” this is ridiculous. I don’t know what is wrong with her and her bad attitude and she should watch how she treats and talks to peoples kids. I will never return and I will tell my friends and family not to.

Ordered online and went to go pick up. 40 minutes they had me sitting and waiting in line AND STILL MESSED UP OUR ORDER AND MISSING SAUCE AND STRAWS. They had me move up and the cars behind me were all getting their orders and were well on their way home before we received ours. Horrible customer service, horrible services times, and oh yeah, you bet I could here there trash talking through the window. 0/10 would not recommend

Waited almost 30 minutes on Saturday afternoon to get my food, was in like at 1040 and by the time I got to the speaker it was 1102 and they stopped selling breakfast. Never again! Burger was ok, fries were stiff, I was passing from Georgia going to Texas. The service suck they dont even apologize for having you wait so long.
