Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Whataburgers are generally good clean restaurants and this one followed their golden rule. Only complaint when I ordered was the lady did not ask if we wanted to add cheese to our #1 orders. So we were disappointed when our burgers had no cheese. But it was still good and the fries were nice and hot. We don’t eat fast food a lot, but when we do…this is what our go-to place is because there is not one near us in Collierville TN.

Awful. Went through the drive through at about eleven pm and they had cars stacked up against each other to help with ‘window times’ so it looked to corporate that the car had gotten its food faster than it actually did. It’s a common fast food tactic. The trouble starts here. Because of the stacking of cars, when a person trying to leave was a foot or two away from our car, and they began backing up, we honked at let them know we were there.. They ignored us and backed up again, this time mere inches from backing straight into me on the passengers side. When m we honked one more time to prevent injury to our family. The manager proceeded to come outside and began berating US about how he wasn’t that close, and could clearly see us not to back into us. The manager had no right to step in and begin screaming at us, when all we did was gently honk to make sure someone didn’t hit us. No swearing, no rude gestures, just a simple honk.i wonder if the manager personally knew the person in question, but there was almost a wreak tonight had we not honked. I’m still shaking. We didn’t get the food and won’t be back. Awful.

I never recommend eating inside. They cheerfully take your order and money, then make you wait while the drive thru is served. Then they borough my food in a bag instead of on a tray. Maybe it was an isolated incident. Management is lacking.

If you have any lighter pigment, avoid this location at all costs. ABSOLUTELY do not order here if you are Caucasian or even sound as such. They will not serve any “white” sounding person with any respect. The most disgusting experience I’ve ever had in any form of industry

Service here is amazing every time. Rare in fast food. Burgers always hot and made just the way you ask. Shakes are all amazing, so, get a large one! Their onion rings will make you have cravings.

Don’t come here unless you like finding foreign items in your food. Most recently I’ve found a piece of a plastic wrapper mixed in with my scrambled egg on my sausage egg and cheese biscuit. And once before, I’ve crunched on shells mixed in with my scramble eggs. I really enjoy eating whataburger, but this location is definitely struggling with QUALITY and FOOD SAFETY. The shells found in eggs is understandable but plastic? It’s a good thing I looked before I took my next bite. Would not recommend to anyone needing to consume food.

Totally messed up a simple order of a burger and nothing else (see receipt). It wasn’t just a minor error, but the exact opposite of what we wanted. Like they were reading “yes” as “no” and no as yes.
