Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

In from Oregon so I take every chance possible to visit whataburger. My visits are few and far between & bc of the availability, I use reviews. Alomst Every review made comments about the orders being incorrect. I read so many thatI warned my husband, “check the order before you leave” as I was in the hotel at the time. Sure enough, he came home without onion rings but holding a receipt that had been charged to be included with 2 meals. Did hubby check? Nope. Were they for him? No. So men, listen to your wives with your big boy ears & managerial staff: Do something about this as it is obviously an ISSUE.

From the moment she took our order, she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive. She checked on us throughout our visit to make sure everything was perfect, always with great timing and an upbeat attitude.
Her personality really stood out—she’s funny, warm, and so enjoyable to interact with. She made the whole visit feel comfortable and genuinely pleasant. On top of that, the restaurant itself was very clean, which we really appreciated. It added to the overall great atmosphere.
The food was also really good—fresh, flavorful, and served just the way we ordered it. Between the great service, clean environment, and delicious food, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
If you’re hungry, be sure to eat here! She truly made our visit exceptional, and we’ll definitely be back because of her!

Absolute disaster. Tried to give me someone else’s order. I said no that’s the wrong name. 2 more tries after 20 mins, I just took the wrong order. Still got no drink, the burger wasn’t even correct as it DID have mayo, tomato, and onion. Literally nothing was correct.

The customer service was very rude, the ice machine had brown mold in it, they only had 3 different drink selections which were lemonade, sweet tea, and tap water. I still got charged extra for lemonade when it was only 3 options. My sweet tea wasn’t even sweet and it was watered down. My burger had a foul smell as in something was expired on my burger.

The staff here are SO friendly. It didn’t even feel like I was in a fast food restaurant. they greeted us, took our order with a smile and brought the food to our table. Best whataburger experience!

We came here for lunch today. The food was perfect as always! Whataburger is hands down the best fast food place. The service was impeccable as well. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly. The place was clean and everything was in top notch condition. This place rocks!

We ordered a large iced coffee. When they brought the coffee out it was a small. The lady walks away as we’re saying hey we ordered a large. She says we’re out of large cups. And continues walking away. When I said then I want some of my money back or another cup of coffee to make it a large she just stands there where I have to holler and can’t hear anything she’s saying. She was rude and acted like I was in the wrong for wanting what I paid for

The food here is really good but the customer service and wait time is ridiculous. I ordered online and 20 minutes later still waiting. Seems like a lot kids on duty with no urgency. Even management seemed unconcerned. I came here on lunch break and may decide not to come by on lunch again. Lots of confusion,uncertainty and little to no communication.

This particular store in Jackson was my worst experience, definitely wont return, waited forever, both burger and fries cold. Go back inside to at least get a fresh burger, place was so unorganized. Last time visiting this location.
