Social Profile:

Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This Whataburger may be the smallest location we’ve visited, but it delivers some of the best service we’ve experienced with the brand on the nightwe visited. The team here was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every guest had a great visit.

Despite the compact space, the restaurant is clean, well‑organized, and runs efficiently. Our food was prepared quickly and came out hot and fresh, exactly what you hope for when stopping in for a classic Whataburger meal.

If you’re in the Brentwood area and craving Whataburger, this location is absolutely worth the stop. The excellent service more than makes up for the smaller footprint, and the staff’s positive attitude leaves a great impression.

Being someone that does not live near a Whataburger we drove 20 minutes from our hotel to get this… We had it years ago in another state and it was great. I would say this time didn’t live up to how I remembered it. My bun was nearly burnt and the onion rings were approaching room temperature when I received them. I would give praise to the young man that brought out the food to our table he was very well manored and polite. For fast food the prices seem reasonable but overall I don’t know that I’d drive it of the way again for it.

So they send me these offers to try Whataburger and so I do when I’m near them cause being from Cali I like In and Out and fresh food but people swear on Whataburger. This time the burger was at least edible. I didn’t like the jalapeño ranch but my wife did and you probably have the best onion rings. The burger, fries and chicken strips are poor to say the least. I think you should lean into the gravy as it’s awesome. I rated you low on service and atmosphere as this what $1.50-$2 per chicken “strip” shouldn’t have made it out of the factory and definitely shouldn’t be served by anyone with a conscience. Try harder and pay your people better. Stop being the poor corporate citizen that has become the norm and why I rarely eat fast food anymore. If this is your best sales pitch I think your days are numbered.

Syrups for the soda machine don’t get refilled and the location is absolutely filthy. Food debris all over the dinning and kitchen area, busted sauce packets smeared onto the floor. If I were the health inspector I would guess this place would score about a 76 and that’s being generous. The staff are extremely unprofessional, aggressively combative, and sloppy. I can’t even get a drink that I paid for. And to top it all off I’ve only ever been to a Whataburger 2 times, both times at this location. They can’t even get your order right, ordered a 2 chicken fajita tacos and they gave us sloppy knockoff snack wraps. We regret taking a bite it was absolutely disgusting. If y’all read this save your hard earned money and go to a different establishment instead.

We got a chocolate milkshake and a coffee, when we ordered the guy was a little rude. Then when we received the drinks my husband literally gagged from how nasty the milkshake was and we opened the lid for it to look curtled and spots of white were all in it. The coffee was also just bad. My food was fine but god those drinks.

The restaurant was new, modern, and looks futuristic. However, the service was rather slow, and the food was disgustingly overcooked. The kiosks were easy to use, though there wasn’t any number slips available.

I know it’s called WhataBURGER, but the grilled chicken sandwich was super delicious. I got it on the burger bun instead of brioche to avoid milk, but I bet it’s even better with the regular bun. The fries were some of the best fast food fries I’ve had, and their ketchup is indeed fancy. Everyone else in my group loved their burgers just as much.

The inside of the restaurant is very small, so I would recommend sticking to the drive through when it’s busy. The staff were super friendly and you can also order on a kiosk or the app. There was also art all over the walls from Ravenwood High School, which was very cool to look at.

Update: the Whataburger salads are marvelous but the last two times they fail to add chicken and fail to add the extra dressing you pay $0.40 cents extra for. I was told I can come back for the chicken and will tomorrow – but the evening service is testing new lows.

Last Update: Can’t make things up. Asked for Mayo, ketchup and mustard. Got a plain double hamburger.

Last Last Update: third time they served salad without chicken on it. Check orders before leaving EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I drove almost 300 miles for this treat for my birthday. The service was terrific. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I will say, the Brentwood, TN location is very small with seating for around 25 people, tops.
