Charged me $15+ for wings even though they had a deal for 3-topping medium + wings. They also didn’t cook the wings well enough and there was barely any sauce on them. They say that some customers like them to put the wings through 3 times but you have to tell them that. Well maybe you shouldn’t give customers undercooked wings. And $1.50 a wing? c’mon. That’s just not good.
I called them and they said their POS system doesn’t automatically catch this, so they’re just content with ripping off customers this way in perpetuity.
They offered nothing as compensation when I called them.
Edit in response: Yeah! It’s $28.99. You charged me $33.48 which is $4.49*1.13=$5.07 more than it should have cost. So you owe me $5.07. I already put feedback on your site. Haven’t got an answer.

They sold me a burnt slice and I only saw when I left. New Orleans Pizza used to be really good, but looks like its on a downhill quality wise. Its time to give other places a shot.

Pizza was garbage .. no cheese. No sauce and like next to no pepperoni and 3 xl pizzas that cost over 100.00 .. called and told them pizza was shit and they said they don’t care the pizza comes how they make it. Tasted like greasy dough with basically nothing on it !!! Avoid this location at all costs

It’s funny because we were so close to canceling our order while on the phone with a girl that didn’t seem happy to take our order (by her tone of voice, it was clear that she just wanted to end her shift). But when we came in the lady that made the pizza was so so sweet. Literally only giving this place 5 stars for the delicious pizza the lady made today and her friendly customer service 🙂

my garlic bread was burnt so bad couldn’t eat it. my pizza was partly burnt. They expect me to take garlic bread back or pay for delivery again for them to fix there mistake. I will never order from them again.

Worst experience ever. We waited for a pizza which was fine. We got all the way home and it was burnt. The toppings were burnt. The bottom was burnt. Had to go all the way back to wait again for the pizza. There was nobody there to talk toabout getting it for free or any satisfaction guaranteed. We got pizza here when we went for a beach day. Prices are pretty good and pizza was fresh and hot. It was a good spot. I recommend if you looking for some regular pizza for an easy meal.

Came with the wife and kiddo. No walk in slices available on a main tourist strip. Odd.
Got a large pepperoni for $13+tax, this is the result. One pepperoni per slice, and mostly on the edges.. it’s not rocket science guys, Its a pizza lol.
Honestly really greasy, not great even compared to a hot n ready for $7.
