Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

If you do the drive up shortly after 2 pm be prepared to wait,it seems everytime I have been it’s a 20 minute wait even when I’m the only one there and apparently they don’t know what DRY means on their sandwiches, it’s a 50/50 shot on what your going to get you might get meat and bun only or no lettuce, tomato, cheese or fully dressed out, look man when I order DRY that means NO mayo, ketchup or mustard but I want everything else on that sandwich and I don’t want to have to wait for you to kill and dress out the protein and dig up the potatoes, and when the order is done properly it’s good, get your act together Daphne

Fast and friendly customer service! Food was hot and delicious! Visited this location twice in the same week. Restaurant was clean and the restrooms too. Definitely one of best Whataburgers on the Eastern Shore! Highly recommend!

Ordered something on my app and tried to redeem my order at the counter. Had a bit of trouble with the computer recognizing my order, then when it did receive the order, it placed the order twice with different options on search “order”. Michelle caught it and although it took a couple of minutes, she was very helpful, courteous, and downright friendly while getting it straightened out. Door was just what I ordered when it came out. 5 of 5.

Shout out to Jordan! I put a mobile order in and accidentally went to the Malbis store. I called and Jordan was so helpful and encouraging about my mistake. I was so mad at myself for not paying attention and going so far the wrong way but Jordan brightened my mood when I arrived and he handed me warm food with a smile 45 minutes late!

That girl named Lilly really likes to run her mouth, but not help customers. I stood at the counter for a takeout that I used the app to order for at least 10 minutes while everybody was in the back laughing and cutting up and walking by and looking at me standing there, just didn’t care to be honest. The food was great just a customer. Service sucks.

Then all of a sudden this really small girl came up and she was really nice and got my food and my drinks and I was on my way. I wish I had caught her name because she seemed to be the only one doing something for me. And they were only six people inside the store eating their food so they were not super busy.
